  Cold Calling everyone in the neighborhood of Magnolia Woods about roofing work. They called my wife's cell (a memphis number) and were asking/looking for me. My wife said it is the wrong number, and they insisted that number was actually my number. Again my wife said NO it is not, and asked how they got her cell number and they again asked for me by name and cited that they know this is my number because they got it off "some list". Desperate company, I would never use. If someone has roofing issues, they will obviously reach out to a roofing company - we do not need to be SPAMMED about it.

  I’m disappointed with our experience after having our roof replaced by Josephmill. The roof replacement itself was completed, but part of our contract also included addressing an awning in our backyard. Josephmill hired a third party to handle the awning. We paid close to $1,000 for this work, and from what we could see, the repair consisted mainly of replacing a rod and screwing it back into the wall. Before hiring Josephmill, we were already considering either replacing the awning or reinforcing it ourselves. Had we known that nearly $1,000 would only result in this type of repair, we would have gladly spent a little more to have the awning properly replaced or made significantly more secure. Unfortunately, the awning broke again after the repair. We contacted and were told that someone would come out to inspect it, but no one ever showed up or followed through. That is probably the most disappointing part of this experience. We understand that problems can happen after a job is completed, but what matters is how a company responds when there is an issue. We paid a significant amount of money and expected the repair to be durable, or at the very least, for someone to come out and inspect the problem after we reported it. At this point, it feels like the level of care and communication changed once the job was completed and payment was made. I really wish the follow-up service had matched the attention we received before and during the project. For the amount we paid, we expected much better workmanship, communication, and accountability.

I was very disappointed to learn that the awning repair failed, and I called and left you a voicemail the day this review was submitted because I want to personally make this right. I do want to clarify one important part of what happened. The person you contacted about the awning was no longer employed by JosephMill at that time. Unfortunately, to my knowledge, our office was never contacted about the failed repair, so our current team was unaware there was an issue that needed to be addressed. Had we known, we absolutely would have responded. Regardless, the awning repair was part of the work you hired JosephMill to handle, and I want you to be satisfied with how this ends. We are happy to either have the issue permanently corrected at our expense or refund what you paid for that portion of the work and provide additional compensation for your trouble.   Brennen Dicharry and JoesphMill team is unbelievable. From the inspection and testing of the roofs integrity and proving beyond a doubt that there was storm, wind and hail damage and a new roof was needed. Brennen and team made it happen after being denied twice by State Farm in the past. I'am beyond grateful for all the time, energy, and hard work that was dedicated to making State Farm realize and agree to replace roof. The whole process from communication, claims, roof removal, install, and cleanup couldn't have went any better. Thank you Brennen you are the man and it was a pleasure to do business with you!
