  Edit: 5/12/26 found out today they never closed out the building permit with my township and the roof still needs to be inspected from 1.5 years ago now. Also had an issue with them a few weeks ago about fixing some lifted shingles that were covered by my warranty. Edit 11/3/25: after severe interior sagging in my drywall, and it being roughly a year since my roof replaced, I had to have someone else come in to take a look at the issue. The dry wall was never anchored into the studs. Just avoid these people at all cost. Edit: you left bags in the trees infront of my house. You left nails and plastic everywhere. I still have 2 packs of shingles in my driveway you were supposed to pick up, and you never replaced my attic vents. Which, wasn't even a concern of mine. You said it was part of what you do. The same as the kitchen/microwave vent that i would imagine wasn't replaced either. I don't deny the damage that was on the roof. But doubling a quote needs to be discussed. And I was told rafters were broken in half which I had no pictures of when I went to send it to an insurance claim. All in all, when the job was done, the work was OK, and the customer service was above average. That's what the 2 stars are for. Held off on this review for awhile. I had my roof replaced in November. Was quoted a price for my roof knowing a whole bunch of work needed to get done. Was even told I'd have my attic venting replaced, that it was part of what they do during the roofing process. I was totally fine with the quoted price. When the replacement day came, I wound up needing more work done. I had a few busted rafters. At this point my whole roof was off and with the amount of damage done they couldn't even put anything up without repair. So we went ahead and got the new rafters. This wound up doubling my original quote. We had already discussed supplies and everything, this should have been some additional labor, plus the rafters cost. Not double price.   Do not use this company for a roof repair. I paid Dave $1500 for a roof repair. His guys worked for 30min, and my leak continued to plague me. I want my money back

  Had a great experience with The Roof Girl! They were very responsive, it was easy to schedule the job, and I was quoted a very reasonable price. The crew that came out did a wonderful job, and the new roof looks great. All of my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner by both Dave and Jaime.   I am very pleased with all The Roof Girl. From our initial consultation to the job itself. Everything was completed in 1 day with no mess.   I can’t say enough positive comments about the Roof Girl and putting on my new roof. The process was incredibly easy! Dave and Jamie were always available and answered all of my questions. For the roof itself, it was a one day process. Team came in, tore off the old, and replaced with the new! Gutters were day 2 and just as fastidious. I actually found myself looking over the drone pics of the new roof and smiling! It looks fantastic and I can’t be more pleased. If you live in CT and need a roof, you need to give Roof Girl a call! Do it and you won’t be disappointed. Costs were right in line!!

  The Roof Girl was excellent from Dave contacting me for a consultation and Jaime sending all the paperwork to my email. They called quickly, came for a consult quickly, and scheduled the work quickly. The workers were on time, very friendly, and hardworking. They cleaned up afterwards and did a great job all around. I would definitely recommend The Roof Girl for your new roof! Oh, and they were the BEST price of the two other companies I checked. Great experience 👍

  Do you need a new roof. Well you need to call THE ROOF GIRL. What a fantastic company from the owner Jamie to Dave the job manager 2 of the warmest unforgiving people I’ve ever met. They held me up from the shock of needing 85 sheets of plywood not covers by insurance people so you all know. I worked with them tirelessly to find a way to pay. What patience and heart this company has. The material they used was top notch and I loved there crew who installed an awesome roof and worked into the night to clean my property. I can’t say much more except if you need a new roof this is the company for you. Laurie Davino

  I had an unexpected issue with chimney flashing and Roof Girl sent out great roofer very quickly and for a reasonable price. The job was well done, they documented the process for me, and cleaned up everything before they left. It was a pleasure after working with some pretty shady companies in the past.

  Dave came out to survey the roof rather quickly. We were on the schedule within a week and the roof replacement was done in 1 day. I appreciate their cleanliness and making sure there was no leftover debris or nails on the property thereafter.

  We hired Roof Girl based on their high ratings and their affordability. Large and experienced roofing crew worked extremely diligently and efficiently. They addressed all of our concerns and were easy to work with. Our shingle color is “Glacier” by Iko and we love how it looks. The clean up was immaculate. We also hired Roof Girl for gutters and the exterior painting and are very pleased with the results.
