  We paid $15,000 to King's Roofing in August of 2023 to put on a silcone membrane overlay on our commercial building in Milford. As apart of the deal, they issued a 20 year warranty on their work. This year, we have now reached out four times over a period of two months to do an inspection as it relates to the warranty. As of writing this, we have received zero response back and are very disappointed, especially because they hold such a high rating on Google. Be very wary of any warranty these guys issue with their work as they have not honored ours thus far.

  I used Anthony from Kings Roofing company to fix water leak issue in couple of commercial buildings. Definitely he is a good talker and Sales man. Gave me a fair price to fix both buildings and also told me that he will guarantee that I am not going to see this problem any more and offered me 5 year warranty. During end of 2021 Summer, he worked on both roofs. In less than a year, one building started leak again. Left 3 to 4 messages and asking him to address the issue. Initially he gave me couple of appointments and never showed up. After few conversations, I realized that he is not going to come. Went on with other company to take care. Less than 2 years, my other building started leaking again. Left 2 messages. This time, he never cared about returning my call. After paying 7K plus for the fixes, never expected some body will treat us like this. Initially he may sound reasonable and honest but he is not. Be aware.

  We do not know who this is and with a generic name like "Rental Office" we believe it is a fake review. We take care of all of our customers and any customer can call us directly at 203-824-0328 or 203-500-3929. We have not received a call from any customer describing the situation mentioned here. If you are real, call us so we can resolve.

  I think you have us confused with another King's Roofing or another name. We don't do robo-calls. We are mainly a commercial roofing company.

  Tony and his guys are great. They did a nice job on the roof at a fair price. When we had a tree fall on it they came the next morning and made it good as new in a few hours. Highly recommended!

  Tony does what he says and is great at keeping things smooth during the process. He is fair with his prices and timeline. Jackson kept the site clean and running smoothly as this was a commercial space with 2 businesses operating the whole time. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and effectively.   No one really wants to spend money on their home when no one will ever see the results, but when our mid-century modern flat roof started leaking one year ago, we did the whole band-aid route first. But the leaks continued, so we got 3 estimate but not until we met Tony from Kings Roofing that we knew who we trusted to get this job done correctly. Tony and his crew were on time, extremely clean, neat and efficient and helped us to realize that we made the right choice, plus their pricing was very fair, so much so, that I will have Tony and crew at my commercial building next.   Tony and his crew were very professional, neat and left area spotless. Price was very reasonable. Have had them do two new flat roofs and patched another standard roof Have recommended to a friend who also liked them.. If and when i have another roof issue i will definitely call Tony

  Our Condo roof had an issue in January 2025. The board of directors called Kings Roofing, and Tony came out, gave us a bid, and assured us his crew could work with the weather. King's Roofing provides its own dumpster. Next, he scheduled Metro Roofing to deliver all the materials to the site. So the day the weather was above 35 degrees. The crew was there to go! Two days our building had a completely new roof and vents. Tony took a flat roof and added a pitch! City came out and we got our C.O. We are completely happy with King's Roofing and highly recommend their roofing services. Board Of Directors WGCA INC. Danbury, CT.

  Tony was straight forward and they did a super job on our two buildings.We. Just had an emergency repair job and he is coming to service us the day after Christmas.Hard to find service like that.I would highly recommend King Roofing for your roofing projects.
