  I am not going to waist my time going into detail about my bad experience only for the owners wife to come and try to justify their lack of customer service but save yourself some time and find yourself someone else to do your roof. My complaints are very similar to the ones already posted in previous reviews and I don’t have the time to explain all the bs excuses these people put me through as I’m writing this review more than a month late. This business is going down hill and not adequate for even the small job I had. Don’t let them persuade or gas light you.

  We're genuinely disappointed to see this review misrepresent the work completed at La Playa. While every project has its challenges, we stand by the quality of our installation and the resolution of any issues that arose, all of which were addressed directly and professionally. It's important to clarify a few things. The work was installed per Mule-Hide specifications, and Mule Hide has inspected and approved the work. Regarding hardware: all materials used were industry standard and approved. Our records indicate that the property has always been free and clear of any liens, no lien ever existed by Mule- Hide. Any delay in warranty paperwork was addressed and coordinated with Mule-Hide. We have installed a coping cap over the parapet walls. The reason for delays has been due to ordering materials and at times we were unable to commence the work as scheduled due to adverse weather conditions. We handled all costs for labor and materials. We have been consistently in communication with the property manager-who for the record has commended our work. All work has been completed, the necessary repairs have been taken care of. We're very sorry that you had a negative experience. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll use it to improve our services. We're proud of our team, our work and trust placed in us by our clients.

  Thank you for your feedback. We truly understand how frustrating water issues can be, and we take every concern seriously. We would like to note that we have been to your property multiple times, each time doing our best to address the problem. We even replaced sections of the siding at no additional cost as a gesture of goodwill. After through evaluation , we believe the problem stems from wind-driven rain. Unfortunately, this type of weather event can sometimes cause leaks. We stand behind the quality of our work and efforts we made, we want to assure you that we acted in good faith and did everything within reason to help.

  Met with Jason, he gave me a quote of 14,000 for the entire roof. He said it would take 2 days. Once up there the workers discovered the roof was very damaged and Jason said it had to re-built before they could actually place the roof, so the quote went to $16,626. It took a week to be complete, in April 8, 2022. He said they would email me the warranty from Owens Corning. Upon looking at the roof he didn't do the patio roof, so I called him and he said "I thought you were tearing it down" I told him I was tearing down the carport which had nothing to do with the patio. They left materials on my front lawn for 2 weeks. 4-24-22 roof still not done, he said they would be there tomorrow. April 26, 2022, it rained my kitchen was all wet. he said it was the vent from the range hood, but he closed it. 5-28, roof is leaking, up to now. I called owens corning and they said I am not even registered for the warranty, Jason said he submitted it in April, which was a big lie. After I tell him they don't have me registered his quick response "they are back logged" when I asked the rep from Ownes Corning she said that is incorrect. At the most it would take a couple of days. we are now at the end of June and he is claiming the roof is not leaking, it's the parapet walls that are leaking. I don't have time for word games, the reason I allegedly paid more than the quote was so he could rebuild it.........So, I am not a roofer, however, if I paid you over $16 thousand, you couldn't fix that? it is ridiculous I regret having gone through this company. waste of money, time, and energy. they claim to guarantee their workmanship, however, it's been nothing but an epic failure. I paid an extra $2,000 more from your original estimate because you had to "rebuild" the roof and guess what? the parapet wall is a dwarf wall around the edge of the roof, which is part of the roof. It's like if I you have a flat tire because there is a nail in it and I tell you hey I fixed your flat but we do

  Ms. Munoz, The scope of work on your roof is 100% completed because we do a full quality checklist from start to finish. The other areas you referenced such as the patio that we spoke about was the one that had the tile roof, we removed the tile and put a new modified roof on it. The parapet walls are from the home structure that needs to be re-stucco. The leak into your kitchen floors was due to the new window that your contractor extended out to make a bay window. These are separate issues from your roof and confirmed with the pictures we sent you which had nothing to do with the roof installation. We apologize for any miscommunication, we take our customers concerns seriously, and always welcome positive and negative reviews. We provided quality workmanship and customer service which are our company's defining principles. The reasons for the increase in price was due to improper roofing. We detected a lot of water damage and rotten plywood at the time of tear off. We had to re-deck the whole entire roof and build up the roof so that the roof has a slope and there were shingles on the flat roof which your not suppose to have on a flat roof. The difference in cost was to pay for your materials and labor. We always strive to complete projects to the property owners satisfaction. Even though the parapet walls and roof were two separate issues we returned to Ms. Munoz home and fixed the parapet walls at not cost to the homeowner.

  Very unprofessional. Did not return any calls and did not come to scheduled appointment. Would not recommend.

  I was very impressed with Ryan and this team. They clearly take pride in their work and it shows. The results are great, but so was the process from assitance with the insurance provider to quoting to scheduling to clean up after installation. Highly recommended.

  Texas Platinum Roof and Restoration were able to provide me with the service I needed in a timely manner. They work very quickly and they take the time to explain and accommodate your needs. Very professional. I do recommend them not just for their service but for their professionalism and the quality of products use on my roof. Thank you for a great service.

  Excellent Job!!! Texas Platinum Roofing & Restoration is an awesome family owned business. I called on Friday spoke to Connie (super friendly). Jason (owner) showed up for a free estimate on Monday. That afternoon he had an estimate and spelled out clearly everything that was getting repaired so there wouldn't be any surprises. Jason answered any and all questions that I had. I really liked the fact that there was no $money$ down until job was completed. Other companies want 1/2 down to purchase materials (scary). Texas Platinum Roofing & Restoration also has a great warranty 10 years with his company and 30 year with Owens Corning on shingles. My roof was done that same week. It took them 1 full day to finish. Super clean workers. The quality work performed was excellent !!! I highly recommend Texas Platinum Roofing & Restoration and will use them again for future projects. Serrano

  I met with Jason 3 months before we made our final decision. During that time I met with 4 others. Jason was the only one who stayed in contact with me during the insurance process. His crew is professional and receptive to every request I had. I had total confidence during the entire process that Jason had it under control. If you want a great roof and q no hassle deal , call Jason.
