  I contacted them via their website, was happy to receive a call to set up appointment. No one showed for the appointment. I called twice, first time went to voicemail, second time it rang three times and call was dismissed. Emailed and have not received any response after two days.

  Carlos is an unethical liar who does substandard work that is not to code. His price keeps changing because the roof is supposedly larger than what he measured. He refuses to show where the roof grew in size. He refuses to file the supplement claim with the insurance for the roof supposedly growing in size. There are still broken items he has not fixed. Thankfully I have camera recordings showing the windows were not framed correctly and that wires were spliced in the wall. He claims he has moved out of the country for the next two years so supposedly doing follow up work will be difficult. He said he will come open up the wall again to check the framing; I’m not comfortable having him break open my walls again considering how poor of a job he did the first time.

  Everything you post here is not true. You have a delinquent payment for thousands of dolars. You inspected meticulosly the work 3 times and made partial payments, so you lie to yourself?. You requested additional job and you don't want to pay. You Disqualified and Discriminate people and the way you refer and treat me and my workers is not right. The account for the work done it is pending to pay off since 4 months ago. You are pushing us to lie to the insurance company; before work is finished. That is why I said to do it yourself. In fact we try to establish communication with you but you didn't answer or made a proposal to resolve this issue. We'll be waiting for your response with a proposal and final payment. Our disposition to serve is always 100%.

  I wish I could give a good review. Unfortunately no one ever showed up to give me a look at my roof, mr. Arrevalo did call me but didn't show the day he was supposed to. It was probably the the high demand for their services. Hope this helps.

  Great service! Carlos was a great help with communicating everything with me and helping me understand what was going on with my roof. The roof replacement was quick and efficient. The price was good wasn't overpriced or anything. Highly recommend!
