Roof was not fixed. Leak still remains. Have tried contacting contractor to no avail. Now inside ceiling has to be replaced. Another contractor wants more money to fix their screw-up. They will not answer the phone or return calls. Reporting them as rip off contractors.

Our new ABC roof started leaking after Mr Roden and his crew replaced the shingles. Mr Roden sold us a warranty for the lifetime of the shingles which was 20 years. The warranty said leaks were covered, would be fixed. We tried and tried to get ABC to repair the leaks, but ABC never fixed it. Mr Roden was quick to answer the phone and return our calls when he was trying to get the job. After we paid him and then had leaks Mr Roden wouldn't answer our calls or return our calls. We call it Rotten Roofing.

We couldn't get ABC Roofing to make good on their guarantee to fix leaks. Couldn't get them to fix anything. Roden, the man who ran ABC, told good stories, but wouldn't actually fix any problems. We would never trust ABC or Roden again. Wish somebody had warned us to steer clear of ABC and Roden.
