The first three are Google’s own figures for Perez Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Arkansas roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Much higher than most — the typical roofer in Arkansas sits at 2.6%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Perez Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

We’ve used this company twice in the past, and will definitely use in the future. They are fast, professional, and do great work. Their clean up at the end of a job is fantastic.

I highly recommend Perez Roofing. They came out very quickly and gave me an estimate. They gave me several options but were not at all pushy. They came back the next week and did the job. In one day they ripped off the old shingles and put on a new metal roof. They did a great job and my roof looks awesome. They cleaned up very well after themselves even walking around the yard with magnets making sure there weren't and nails or screws in my yard. I am very happy with my new roof.

Outstanding service! These guys came over after business hours yesterday to give us an estimate, then called me around noon today to say they could do our roof today, and they were on their way. They did a full tear off, repaired some spots …

If I could give more stars I would. Called them for an estimate they made arrangements to come when I'd be home. Gave amazing estimate on full roof replacement and for patch repairs. His guys came out and took care of the job in a fast timely matter. Took care of everything at an amazing price. Definitely recommend them and if the need ever comes I'll be using them again.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 29 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
