I had a leak in the roof fixed about 2 years back. Started leaking again. I called multiple times, heard back only one time. They said they would schedule but no one responded back again. They intentionally keep ignoring my call. Horrible company, not trustworthy.

Terrible company no customer service owner Pablo was drunk one day when called next day he refused to supply a receipt for work done which was not legal as home has two owners and other owner was not informed of work Pablo totally refused to help with this issue very rude I am considering legal action to rectify as I have noted some issues with substandard work and have no paperwork sounds like a scam STAY AWAY

I obtained a quote through Angie List and promptly received a call. The repairs were completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. The two contractors worked quickly, finished the job promptly, and left the area tidy. I appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend them.

Tactical Construction Services is awesome! We recently had some damage to our roof caused by the severe thunderstorms that hit Trumbull on Saturday afternoon. I called a couple of GAF roofing companies on Tuesday morning after I discovered the damage to the roof who said they couldn't help us for quite a while. However, when I spoke with Juan, the owner of Tactical Consruction, after speaking initially with his brother Pablo, Juan had his foreman José come out to do an assessment. Juan let me know that they could fix the roof that same day and José was able to go out and get GAF replacement shingles that matched our roof, and was able to install them just in time before a thunderstorm occurred. The price that Juan charged me was far below what I expected. The entire experience we had with Tactical Construction was awesome. They are outstanding people, are incredibly responsive, really care about their customers, do high quality work, and are incredibly fair in what they charge. My wife and I highly recommend Tactical Construction!
