Supreme Roofing & Reconstruction AL

The only one or two-star review we hold for Supreme Roofing & Reconstruction AL.

Nothing but a storm chasing, insurance money grabbing scam of a company! Skyler was on top of things until we got our damage estimate from the insurance company. As soon as our insurance said we could repair the storm damage and did not need a full roof replacement, they were gone. One email saying they would help us out, followed by several weeks of no responses until eventually Skyler removed himself from our group message. Thanks alot for absolutely nothing. By the way, got the roof replaced no problem using another company. I'd recommend staying away from these guys.

Hi Doug, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience — and we want to clarify a few things for the sake of transparency. Skyler has not been affiliated with Supreme Roofing & Reconstruction for several months now. It sounds like he may have acted independently, and not as a representative of our company at the time of your interaction. At Supreme, we take pride in being upfront, responsive, and ethical in everything we do — especially when it comes to storm damage and working with insurance. If you feel we fell short, even by association, we sincerely apologize. If you’d like to speak directly with our current team and give us the chance to make things right or clarify any confusion, feel free to reach out. We’re always here to help and stand behind our name. — The Supreme Roofing Team

We live out of state and were looking for a company we could trust to work on our rental property where my daughter lives. Great customer service! Jeff kept me updated every step of the way, sent photos, set expectations and delivered on all fronts. Even cleaned up after which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Good professional team. They showed up at time and did work over the weekend to fix the leak. If you know Spanish that will help more to communicate with actual labor.

Supreme Roofing & Reconstruction took care of a siding issue I had on my house. They were quick and professional and communicated with me through the entire process. The work was done quickly, and the price was reasonable. I'd absolutely use them again if needed.

Loved doing business with these guys! Very professional group of people that run a business at an expertise level! One person that stuck out to me the most during this my experience was Skyler Palumbo. He was very involved and made it seem like we would receive nothing but the best of the best! Skyler stayed on top of everything ranging from communication all the way down to the finest details that we discussed! Skyler mentioned to me that he was a man of his word, and everything we discussed was completed with no issues at hand! Skyler was very reassuring during this whole process and I felt well taken care of in the end! If I had to recommend anyone when it came to roofing, Skyler Palumbo and his team are your guys!

Awesome representative from this company! They showed up ready to help us make an informed decision about our options. Brought out the latest technology and helped us navigate what could have been a confusing lengthy claims process! Would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10!

Highly recommend! Very professional staff! They are a pleasure to do Buisiness with!

First we replaced the roof. Then we came back and completely changed the look of the house. This is the Auburn home a father bought for his daughter while she attends school. After trusting us with the roof replacement, he brought us back to paint the entire exterior. The faded gray siding is now a deep green, and it honestly looks like a completely different house.Jul 27, 2026Call now
