  We have had nothing but issues dealing with this company. We had new eavestroughs installed in December 2021. Didn't notice any issues until fall of 2024 when we were having a lot of precipitation. I contacted Mike and sent pictures and videos of what was happening. He claimed that the "wrong" drip edge was installed by the contractor and that we could pay an extra $400 to get the "right" drip edge installed, on top of the already $2000 we paid for eave installation. March 2025 we had a different contractor come inspect, he told us the eavestroughs were installed incorrectly. They installed them ONTOP of the drip edge, which is why we have massive pools of water around the house causing further issues. I contacted Mike again with more pictures and was told they only offer a 1 year workmanship warranty. This was not stated at the time of installation. I went to look on the website and there it says 2 year workmanship warranty. Even though we are past the 2 year mark, it was 100% their installation error. This time, Mike proceeded to tell me that the contractor installed the drip edge incorrectly. First it was the wrong product, now it's the contractors fault. I asked how the company was going to rectify their installation error and was told I could once again pay $400 to have new drip edge installed. If a company of this size can't rectify their mistake for the $400 they will lose, that's pretty pathetic. I guess if you hire this company to do any work, have a contractor on site to overlook everything they do to make sure it's installed properly so you don't get ripped off. Not every day you have to climb on your roof to make sure the eavestroughs are installed UNDER the drip edge and not overtop. I see in other 1 star reviews they ask you to contact them to resolve the issues, but I've done that multiple times and the only resolution is for us to pay for their error.

  The people at Superior were great to deal with. There was good communication and competitive pricing. The installation was challenging because of wet conditions but the crew did a good job and got the job done.

  Mark and Willy showed up later in the day to do a few small jobs at our home. I was concerned that they might try to do things too quickly And perhaps carelessly in order to end their day. The opposite was true. They arrived with a positive spirit, listened carefully to my concerns, were polite in their explanations, and did their job efficiently and well.

  Superior Seamless has been amazing to work with. I lost two sections of shingles in the strong winds of May 14. I emailed them that evening. They emailed back the very next morning and were out to my house taking pictures and assessing the damage. They were in contact with my insurance adjuster. Temporary repairs made over those two sections. Approval received from insurance May 21 despite the high volume of claims due to that wind. June 2 the shingles were replaced on the house (finished just in time for heavy rains). June 3 the shingles on the shed were replaced as well. The process was so efficient. Communication clear. Everything was just so easy! Very much appreciated! Highly recommend!

  Superior seamless extrusions here on time given, workers were friendly, told me what they were sent to do which I confirmed is what I wanted done just to double check. Workers did an excellent job, quickly, they cleaned up after they were finished AND asked if if I was satisfied which I was VERY Satisfied.
