BEWARE - this company does not offer a transferrable warranty even though their website indicates a 5 year workmanship warranty. I recently purchased a home where this company had redone the roof 8 months prior to purchase. Five months …

Good afternoon Lesley, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. As you mentioned in your review you were advised that the warranty is non-transferrable. Because you did not sign any contracts or documentation with Canmak Roofing & Fencing we are not obligated to disclose any documents pertaining to Canmak Roofing's dealings with previous customers to new homeowners as it is an invasion of privacy. Furthermore, your statement of the situation is defamatory, inaccurate and inherently malicious as you have had no experience with our team members or how Canmak Roofing & Fencing operates and treats their customers. We recommend deleting this review within 24 hours or there will be legal proceedings. We'd like to thank you for your attention to this matter. Best Regards, Ana

Canmak just did my roof, they did a fabulous job! They were a great crew and left our property spotless afterwards. Really hard workers, I can’t recommend them enough. Their pricing was very reasonable too.I had a few quotes and did a lot of shingle research beforehand. Canmak checked all the boxes, they made the nerve wracking experience of having to get a new roof so easy, I really appreciate that. 😊

We used Canmak to repair our siding! What an easy experience, Ana was knowledgeable in making sure our siding matched and the professionals that showed up were quick and professional. The site after the work was done was left better than they found it. Highly recommend.
