We have had roofing and exterior work done at two of our homes, and both experiences were excellent. At our first home in Montclair, the team handled a full project that included new shingles, gutters, siding, windows, a skylight, and deck work. After we moved to another home in Montclair, we were very thankful they could come out and replace our shingles, gutters, and windows there as well. ayden and his crew were outstanding from start to finish. They brought in skilled roofers and exterior workers who were easy to talk with, worked hard, and kept us updated through each step of the job. jorge stayed in touch during the roofing work, while leonard helped coordinate the window, deck, and gutter parts of the project. The scheduling was smooth, the cleanup was thorough, and everything was checked carefully to make sure the work was done right. We really appreciated how organized the whole process felt. The crew showed up on time, answered our questions clearly, and made sure the roofing materials, gutters, and window installation all looked great together. It is not easy to find a contractor that is this dependable, professional, and consistent across multiple homes. i feel very lucky that we found this company, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone in Montclair who needs roofing, gutters, windows, or other exterior home improvements.

After a major storm, we thought our roof was still in good shape. Later, during a hard rain, we started hearing an occasional dripping sound near the laundry room, but there was no visible water damage. We checked the attic as best we could and still could not spot the source. So we called for a roof inspection, and Leonard came out and spent a lot of time both on the roof and in the attic. He carefully tested the roof valley and the vent pipe flashing with water, trying to track down the issue, but at that time there was still no clear sign of an active leak. Some time later, after another stretch of windy rain, we heard the sound again and finally noticed a small water mark on the garage ceiling. Since the first inspection had been so detailed and professional, we called the roofing team back out. This time Theodore handled the visit, and he was just as friendly, thorough, and easy to talk to. He repeated the inspection and explained the possible trouble spots in simple terms, including the valley area and roof penetrations, which helped us feel confident about moving forward. Even though the leak was hard to trace, we decided to have part of the valley and one vent area opened up so the crew could get a closer look. On repair day, Ayden arrived on time, got right to work, and stayed focused on finding the true source of the problem instead of making guesses. He checked the roof system carefully, then went into the attic and worked his way through a very tight space that others could not reach. That extra effort made all the difference, because he was able to pinpoint the leak path and repair it properly. We were really impressed by his determination, skill, and attention to detail. He not only fixed the issue, but also cleaned up the work area and removed the small amount of roofing debris around the home. The whole experience showed real professionalism from start to finish. The crew communicated well, took the time to inspect everything thoroughly, and stood by

A run of heavy storms blew shingles off my roof, and dealing with the insurance claim felt overwhelming at first. Then I spoke with Jorge, and the whole roofing process became easy. He came out quickly to inspect the roof damage, explained what was needed in simple terms, handled the insurance communication, scheduled the work, and oversaw the full roof and gutter replacement from start to finish. The roofing crew worked fast and stayed organized, and the new shingles and gutters were completed in just one day. Cleanup was excellent, and the property was left neat with no mess around the house. I really appreciated not having to go back and forth with the insurance company because Jorge managed the claim process and kept everything moving smoothly. In the end, I only had to cover my deductible, and the entire experience was stress-free. I highly recommend this roofing team for storm damage repairs, roof replacement, and gutter work.

I highly recommend Sunshine Roofing Inc. Theodore and his crew went far beyond what we expected. From the first call, he was responsive and easy to talk to. He helped with the insurance process, found a hidden roof leak and some structural damage, and got up on the roof himself to inspect the problem and handle the repair the same day. He clearly knows roofing, leak detection, and roof repair, but he also made the whole process feel simple, clear, and stress-free. He kept us informed at every step and made sure we felt comfortable with the work being done. In Montclair, it is great to find a roofer who is dependable, skilled, and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I was in a very time-sensitive situation when a major attic leak showed up and we needed help right away. Since the issue involved the roof area around the vent, we were told to have a roofer inspect the flashing and seal to make sure water was not getting in. They responded fast, arrived as soon as the other workers were ready, and repaired the roof vent area quickly and professionally. What really stood out was how smooth they made the whole process during a stressful home repair. They explained the roofing work in simple terms, checked the vent penetration carefully, sealed everything up properly, and made sure the roof was protected from future leaks. In a place like Montclair, where strong sun and seasonal rain can wear on roofing materials, it gave us real peace of mind to know the job was handled the right way. It is hard when something unexpected happens at home and you are not sure who to trust, but this crew made it easy. I feel completely confident in their roofing service and they will be my first call for any roof leak, flashing, or vent repair going forward.

We hired them for a full roofing and exterior upgrade, including a new roof, gutters, fascia, soffits, and related trim work. Jorge was excellent to work with and always quick to answer our questions. The on-site roofing crew did a great job, kept the property clean each day, and clearly explained the work plan before getting started. Their workmanship really stood out, and they even fixed a few existing roofline and exterior detail issues they found along the way. The whole project felt organized, professional, and high quality from start to finish. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior home improvement work.

Sunshine Roofing Inc. went above and beyond with customer service and real skill in standing seam roofing. Ayden guided me through the full process, including dealing with my insurance claim so I could get the best value possible. He kept me updated regularly and explained everything clearly, which made it easy to choose the right roofing system for my home. I had been wanting to upgrade from an old shingle roof to a metal roof, and this turned out to be the perfect time to do it. The finished roof looks excellent, feels durable, and should hold up well in the hot sun. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and paid attention to detail from start to finish. I really appreciated the clear communication, honest help, and smooth experience throughout the project.

theodore came out to inspect the gutter repair on our gazebo porch and the back porch of our victorian-style home in montclair. unlike other roofing contractors we contacted, he actually got up on the roof right away to look over the problem areas, check the flashing, and inspect the gutters closely before giving us a quote. he provided a clear estimate on the spot and explained the needed roof and gutter repairs in simple terms. after comparing a few roofing companies, we felt this crew was the best choice. their scheduling was also much better, and they were able to start the following week. the team finished everything in one day and did a very thorough job. they repaired the gutter issues, addressed problem spots around the porch roof areas, and even helped with some caulking and touch-up work that we could not reach ourselves. everything was left neat, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. we are very happy with the results and would gladly call them again for future roofing or gutter work.

We had our roof replaced by Sunshine Roofing Inc. a while back, but the skylight was left in place because it was still in decent shape and did not need to be changed at that time. Recently, the skylight began leaking, so we called for a roof and skylight inspection, and they confirmed it was finally time for a full skylight replacement. Theodore took careful measurements and helped get the order started for our custom-sized unit. Throughout the process, we got clear updates and always knew what was happening while we waited for the new skylight to arrive. The communication was excellent, the crew was professional, and the installation was quick, smooth, and done with real care. Everything was handled efficiently, and the new skylight fits perfectly with the roofing system. We would definitely recommend them.

We had a small roof leak, and even though it was minor, it felt very stressful because we do not know much about water damage or roofing repairs. It is not easy to find a roofing company with real honesty these days, but Sunshine Roofing Inc. gave us a great experience from start to finish. miguel was upfront, professional, and clearly knew roofing work well. While other contractors pushed for a full replacement and acted like we needed a whole new roof right away, he carefully checked the shingles, flashing, and problem spots and explained that we did not need a new roof at all. He pointed out the trouble areas, confirmed what earlier inspections had noticed, and then focused on the actual repair instead of trying to sell us more than we needed. He fixed the leak, handled the damaged areas, and explained each step in simple language so we felt comfortable with the process. We were worried we might have to take out a loan for a major roofing job, but instead we got an honest repair that saved us a lot of money, time, and stress. i really appreciated the clear communication, the fair price, and the quality workmanship. this was a huge relief for our home, and we are so glad we found someone so dependable and honest. also, he made the whole roof repair process feel easy.

Sunshine Roofing Inc. was great. They got our roof job on the schedule fast, which gave us real peace of mind before the hot, windy weather in Montclair. I had also asked about gutter cleaning while the crew was there. They said that is not usually part of the service, but when I later checked, the gutters were already cleaned out. That extra help was very generous and showed they truly go above and beyond. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and easy. The crew paid attention to the details, kept things tidy, and made sure the roofing work was handled the right way. It is rare to find a roofer that does more than expected, and that kind of service really stands out. Good word of mouth matters, and they definitely earned my trust and recommendation. I would gladly recommend them any day.
