  i worked on my roof project and, after checking big box stores, i went to company: lord roofing ca to talk through roofing options, shingles, underlayment, and pricing. tracy at the counter was helpful, honest, direct, and really knew the roofing materials. once we finalized the material list, the order was delivered fast the next day, even earlier than expected. they seem to work with a lot of contractors, but homeowners can still get solid advice, quality roofing products, and better service for a roof repair or reroof job. skip the big store and try a local specialty roofing supply place with locally made shingles. i got more useful guidance, better product knowledge, and a smoother experience than my youtube diy research could ever give me.

  Excellent communication from Lord Roofing Ca, and the finished roofline work turned out even better than expected. Tracy, the foreman, showed strong carpentry skill and found a smarter way to complete the soffit and fascia repair while keeping the shingles and vapor barrier fully protected. The main goal was to match the existing soffit and fascia, and the final result blended in very well with the rest of the home. After another contractor left the project unfinished, Brayden and the crew stepped in and handled the remaining soffit and insulation work with real care and professionalism. They worked long hours, stayed focused, and came back promptly to make sure every detail was completed the right way. Cleanup and debris removal were also handled smoothly. I am very happy with the quality, the price, and the overall roofing-related service.

  We had them come out to inspect our roof after we thought a few shingles might be missing. They showed up the next day, right on time, and were easy to work with. brayden got up on the roof right away, checked the shingles carefully, and called me while he was up there to explain what he found. There was actually no roofing problem at all. What looked like missing shingles from below turned out to be darker replacement shingles that were already in place. I appreciated how honest and professional the visit was. tracy was very understanding, never made us feel bad about asking for a roof inspection, and took the time to explain everything in simple terms. They did not charge us for the service call, which really showed integrity. It is hard to find a roofing company that is this fair, responsive, and respectful. i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, shingle work, or a roof checkup, and i would gladly call them again if we ever need any roofing help.

  Lord Roofing CA was fantastic from start to finish. My project involved two separate roofing jobs in Upland, the house and a large detached garage. The main roof had an open cathedral ceiling and a lot of structural wear that had built up over time, so this was much more than a basic tear-off and reroof. Brayden led the crew and did an outstanding job. He is highly skilled, professional, and clearly knows roofing, framing, and repair work very well. I was especially impressed with how carefully they handled the damaged areas and tied everything together with a new skylight installation. The garage roof was a more standard tear-off and replacement, and they completed it quickly without cutting corners. The whole crew worked efficiently, kept the job site organized, and did a thorough cleanup when everything was done. Tracy was also great to work with throughout the process. Communication was clear, fast, and helpful from the first call to the final walkthrough. It really stood out how much attention they gave to details, workmanship, and customer service. In a warm Southern California climate like Upland, having a strong, dependable roof matters, and I feel confident the new roofing system will hold up well.
