I am beyond disappointed in this company. You have to chase them down. No one is on time. They break your stuff and you have to make them fix it. Everyone plays dumb. They do not care one bit. It’s all about money. I had to chase them down to fix stuff. I had to chase them down for the permit. I had to go into my building inspector and get the roof permit myself. This company is a joke and a waste do NOT use them. The county even told me I shouldn’t have used them because they are horrible.

Had them come out and give me a quote well they came out and looked at stuff and still waiting on a quote that was a few weeks ago, if you got months to wait around this is the place to go

Hey Jim, Looking through our calendar and we have only been out to one other Jim in the last month we called and confirmed that is was not you. I find this a little odd because we always do our estimates onsite. You will always get an emailed estimate along with a printed copy. If for some reason we did possibly make a mistake please contact us so that we can figure out what may have happened. Thanks

They work with integrity and they care about the client. I got my roof estimate back the same day despite the fact that they were fully booked out. They respect their clients time and are highly professional.

Joe and his entire crew were very professional and did a great job repairing our roof. He also installed a tarp to help with our leaky roof before they went out to do the roof repairs. I can not recommend Sun's roofing enough to anyone who needs their services. Joe is really responsive and answered all our questions. Thanks again Joe and crew for all your help and hard work.

Hey Guys, Thank you for the review and allowing us to work with you on your roofing needs. What I liked best about your project was the color scheme you went with. The GAF Timberline HD Copper Canyon shingles look great.

I contacted Joe at Suns roofing after reading the favorable reviews from others. Even though he was busy he called back and set up a time and day to come to estimate the work to be done. As it turned out he had some things unexpected that delayed him on that day, but he called apologetically ahead and arranged another time for the same day. It was refreshing to have someone actually respectful and communicative. He looked at my roof and explained what was going on and gave me options as to repair as well as his dates for availability. We settled on a date and work to be done. Rain came early this year and when he was kept from working on another project due to rain he called and asked if I wanted to start earlier than my scheduled date. I was thrilled to have them think of me and show up early! . They came the next day to to the job and left it clean when workers finished. The next day I noticed a couple of things I wanted to ask about for clarification. I had already paid Joe but he was happy to come back and take a look and answer my questions. There was a end tile that didn't make a big difference except for looks but he said he would even bring one of those when he got a chance as it had to be gotten from out of town. We haven't had much rain yet since but I would highly recommend Joe and Suns Roofing for any needs you have on your roof. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, timely, and communicative. Someone concerned for his customers... What more could you ask for! Thanks Joe! L. M. of Yuba City, CA

I highly recommend Sun’s Roofing. They promptly repaired a leak in the pouring rain and are very fairly and reasonably priced. They also replaced a roof on another house and did an excellent job.
