Had a leaky roof, roofer went up and cleaned some dirt off of a few tiles and said it was fixed. The roof continues to leak and we’re out $150 for 15 minutes of their time

If you have work that is importent to your company then this not the place for you. We were left to wait for an est. for multiple weeks only to be called and told they were not coming and that they did not want to reschdule because they have to much work now. please do not allow them to make a mockery of your schdule as well thank you for reading and beware!!!

Customer service is terrible! Didn't call when they said they would. Came out to our house while we were on vacation and didn't ever call. Got a bill in the mail when we came home from vacation and we had to call them and find out why we were sent a bill. They couldn't ever tell us exactly what day they were out, how long they were there, or give us any type of details about the work they did. No apologies, offers of explanation, or anything THEN, when we decided to pay (because my husband did go on the roof and some of the work was obviously done, like broken tile replaced was easy to see) they told me it would be even more (it was already a high invoice) to pay by credit card because they charge a surcharge!!

I appreciate how the whole project was handled by All Rite Roofing, Inc. from beginning to end. The owners oversight and suggestions before the quote was most appreciated. The installers were very professional, polite and considerate. They did a beautiful job of installing and clean up. The owner follow up was also appreciated.

Very fast and reliable! Started Sunday taking the old roof off and first thing Monday morning the crew was here, in fact they had 13 men on the job. They were completely finished by 1 pm. 10/10 would recommend!

Today I experienced superior service! It was a small repair to them but so much more to me. Zach was amazing! living in a nice neighborhood, I often get taken advantage of. That was definitely not the case today. He was so knowledgeable, compassionate and prompt. He literally alleviated so much stress by arriving so fast before a rain storm. Highly recommend this company.
