We enjoyed working with you and are really sorry you no longer like the experience you had with our company, but we are glad that most of the Patch work we did for the (almost 10k)on the rest your roof worked , with the exception of the one section where we offered you a discount of $2,500 for a brand new roof of $25,000 , and we would still love to see what we can do to fix the problems that you are having.

Sunny Sky Roofing and Joe gave us outstanding service. We have a metal roof on the church and for YEARS no one was able to help us with the leaks...and there were many! But Joe and his team worked a miracle! He assessed the situations and took care of the roof quickly and professionally. I want to recommend Joe and Sunny Sky Roofing with no hesitation. They will take care of your roofing needs above your expectations!

We love Sunny Sky Roofing! They put a new roof on our barn and added an attached shed roof. They also made beautiful new barn doors for us and added a cupola. They do fantastic work and we look forward to having them back for more projects in the future!

Most building owners wait too long on old metal roofs. By the time you see rust on every rib and fasteners backing out, you're looking at serious money—either restoration or full replacement. We just finished a complete metal roof restoration in Denton, NC. This roof had deteriorated paint, rusted fasteners on every panel, and surface rust across the entire field. The metal itself was still structurally sound, which meant the owner could restore instead of replace. Here's what that involved: pressure wash the entire roof, pull every old screw and replace with new fasteners, prime all the rusted areas, spot-repair seams and penetrations with proper sealant, then apply two full coats of restoration paint. Restoration is more cost-effective than tear-off when the metal panels aren't rotted through. You get 10-15 more years and protect what's underneath. If your metal roof is showing rust or fastener issues, don't wait until it's leaking. We'll tell you honestly whether restoration makes sense or if you're past that point.
