Chris was absolutely amazing to work with! We discovered a leak in our office ceiling during several days of heavy rain, and he responded quickly and professionally. He was attentive, communicative, and made the entire process stress-free. Best of all, he resolved the issue the very same day. It’s hard to find that level of customer service and reliability these days. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about their customers!

Our experience working with Chris and his team was absolutely amazing. He explained exactly how the process would work and it went exactly that way. Never tried to oversell or push us in any direction. The crew started early and finished the same day including a fantastic clean up afterwards. We highly recommend Southern Crafted Roofing for your next roof.

I highly recommend Southern Crafted Roofing! I recently had them replace my roof. I loved the detailed and professional inspection Chris did. I had it inspected recently by another company and the difference in the information provided by the gentleman of that company with Chris' inspection was very eye opening. Chris' honesty and professionalism was refreshing and much appreciated. The work was done quickly and the cleanup afterwards was excellent. I received great quality roofing!

Great experience from start to finish with Southern Crafted Roofing. Chris Thompson was very professional, courteous, and gave us the best quote with excellent shingles, in the color we wanted and on top of that we have a lifetime warranty too! Chris and his team worked efficiently from 7am-3pm to complete our roof removal and new installation. Chris also came by 2 additional times to run a large magnet to be certain there was no nails left behind that would cause issues with our kids, dogs, cars, or our yard-there wasn’t any thankfully, but the effort Chris put into protecting our family & personal property-was extremely impressive! We appreciate the time Chris put into making this experience a smooth and easy process. Now our home looks new again with the protection of a gorgeous quality roof. I highly recommend Chris and his team for a quality job, at an affordable price, done by someone who can be trusted to handle every detail with care. Thank you Southern Crafted Roofing!

Chris Thompson came out to inspect my mother’s roof, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. He identified and corrected a mistake made by a previous contractor, which gave us great peace of mind. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to work with. We truly appreciate his attention to detail and would highly recommend his services.
