Contacted company to see if they could help with me with a small job. The person I spoke with seemed disinterested and asked if I could send him a copy of my inspection report that detailed the problem. Sent it to him but reply or call back. When I'm in need of roof replacement in the future, I'll be sure to use another company.

Yes sir sorry I dropped the ball. The tree damage is minimal and would cost less than $500 to repair. I wish you would have called. I did receive the requested report on Friday the 9th I just received contact on Tuesday the 13th about your concerns. Would recommend calling if you feel a need to be heard instead of blocking my phone correspondence. Sorry about your experience, I’m certainly accountable for your discontent Mark Scamardo

I had an issue with a clogged dryer vent, and it became neccessary to replace the existing vent on the roof. It also became neccessary to access the crawlspace to repair the duct to the new vent. Summit Roofing, and in particular, Mark Scamardo and his crew, did the work in a first class manner. I would never use any other roofing company. The cost was exceptionally fair.
