EDIT: This owner is very unprofessional, take a minute to look at the reviews if you are considering this business. My review and my father's review (we both have the same last name on here) are very much real reviews. This owner also ignores calls. Be careful who you deal with because you are dealing with a liar. If I need to post my billing statement with the business name attached I will do so just to show how real my review is. This man can't seem to handle when a customer is not pleased instead he lies and puts we are scammers when he knows exactly who we are. This is a 9 year old roof that has lifetime warranty we had a leak so we called this company they charge me $4,500 to fix the roof but as you see in these pictures the roof has not been done properly and they will not honor the warranty. I would not do business with these people again.

On initial inspection we discovered, which was very obvious, the reason why there were issues was because you had somebody that was obviously unqualified to work on such a high-end system like this that CRUSHED multiple roof panels therefore, our workmanship warranty was voided, and you had to pay to have the repairs done properly by us. Thanks!

Wait until the warranty work any time you put new roof you are happy but wait until you have a leak they blame everything else except poor workmanship.

They replaced our roof back in 2019 and they give us 10 year warranty. We had leak from dryer vent back in 2024 they came and just sealed the crack in plastic. We had leak on Sunday June 8 2025 in while it was raining we notice leak from same place they repaired in 2024. Chris came over and said it’s because of hole in dryer vent cap but it was same crack and wanted 400 to 500$ to fix it. Chris is same tech that fixed it in first place. I called another roofing company and they fixed it for 300$ with much better product. I would never call them again.

Terrible experience with this company. They replaced my hail damaged roof however it leaked. They refused multiple times to address thier poor quality work. I have all the emails supporting my claim. Today I am paying another company out of my pocket to replace the damage caused by water leaking into my home for the last 2 years.

Mr Sullivan. Sorry we couldn’t come to an agreement on how to fix the leak issue.

Amazing, professional! These folks are the real deal! They replaced my roof several years ago, and most recently upgraded my windows and rebuilt my chimney. Their crews were very respectful, polite, punctual and professional.

From the first time Darren Wells came to inspect my roof following a hail storm, to meeting with the insurance adjustor to determining what work was needed to repair my roof, to securing and following up with all the workers leading to the completion of my roof project, I could not be more satisfied and pleased than I am! Thank you Darren and SPC for your excellent work! I will wholeheartedly recommend Darren Wells and SPC for anyone's roofing needs!

SPC Construction has been outstanding to work with. Very responsive, easy to schedule jobs with, reasonable prices and solid workmanship. They have done both big and small jobs on my home, from the roof (for the prior owner) to gutters and ventilation for the attic. Each job was done well, on-time at for the quoted price. I will continue to use SPC construction, and recommend checking them out!

Outstanding crew! Jonathan, Tino, and the team repainted our exterior, and the results exceeded expectations. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and left the area clean at the end of each day. We would absolutely hire them again—next project is our fence!

SPC Construction and Roofing did an outstanding job on my home! They installed a brand new roof and gutters along with addressing other issues around the house. Stan, project manager, was quick, reliable, professional, and communicative, as well as very hands on while my roof was being installed and made the process very smooth. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend SPC Construction and Roofing

SPC did a great job on our home! Dennis was professional, thorough and always on time. He communicated with us throughout the entire job. Roberto and his crew were polite and efficient. They even tightened up a neighbor’s gutter next to our yard at no extra charge! I highly recommend SPC as an excellent contractor who takes care of details and does great work! Kudos to Jonathan Shaw, Dennis Hudson and the entire team.

I’m so happy that I chose SPC construction and roofing to install my new roof and gutters! We were hit with a hail storm in Colleyville and between the customer service, quality of workmanship, and how respectful all crew members and my sales man Jonathan Shaw was is truly top-notch! We could not be happier and so glad we chose them! I will definitely be telling all my neighbors and friends about them. They are the BEST!!!

SPC Construction and Roofing did an outstanding job on my home! They not only put on a brand new roof but also handled several other projects around the house with the same level of care and professionalism. Darren and his crew worked quickly, efficiently, and were incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. The quality of their work is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Over the past ~10 years we have done four roof replacements through SPC on three different properties. Each and every time they impress us with their professionalism, quality work and thorough execution of the repairs. Darren has been our point of contact for every project and he is a pleasure to work with. He takes what could easily be a cumbersome, frustrating process and makes it painless. We would highly recommend them for anyone needing roof repairs.
