I highly recommend Suburban Roofing! Last year, my home insurance company requested that we replace our aging 2012 roof. After seeing several recommendations for Suburban Roofing on social media, I decided to reach out, and I am incredibly glad I did. From the very beginning, Darrell was fantastic to work with. He was thorough, asking detailed questions about the roof's history and ensuring we hadn't used damaging methods like power washing on the asphalt. His quote was incredibly fair—not suspiciously cheap, but not overpriced either. What really stood out was his patience; he took the time to walk us through their entire installation process and the specific products they use. The quality of the materials they install is top-tier. They used Class IV impact-resistant shingles, which is a massive plus since it can help reduce home insurance premiums. Throughout the project, Darrell’s communication was excellent. He answered all of our questions instantly and kept us proactively updated the moment anything came up during the install. As for the crew, his employees were awesome—polite, professional, and very courteous throughout the job. If you want fast service, fair pricing, and excellent craftsmanship, look no further than Suburban Roofing. We are incredibly happy and satisfied with our new roof!
