  We’re sorry that the noise and activity from this roofing project caused such an alarming and frustrating experience. Because these inner-city homes are extremely close together, with portions of the rooflines approximately one foot apart, we should have notified the neighboring occupants in advance that demolition would begin early in the morning and involve considerable noise. We sincerely apologize for that communication failure and take responsibility for it. However, we need to clarify several inaccurate statements in this review. Before work began, we lined the wall between the properties with 4-by-8-foot sheathing to shield the neighboring home and deflect debris. We also installed temporary curbs along the roof’s eave to help control materials during the tear-off. These protective measures were in place before the reviewer came outside, although they may have been adjusted or supplemented as work progressed. After receiving the complaint from the tenant, we attempted to contact the property owner to make them aware of the project and the concerns and to confirm that the home had not sustained any damage. The claim that our work tore the window screens is not accurate. We take property protection seriously and would not dismiss legitimate damage caused by our work. Given the unusually tight working conditions, some temporary debris may have escaped the immediate work area during the tear-off. Our crew performs cleanup throughout the project and again upon completion. We regret the disruption and acknowledge that advance communication would have helped prevent much of the concern. However, the accusations of incompetence and poor workmanship do not fairly represent the precautions taken, our crew’s efforts, or the quality of the completed roof.

  I had a job cancelled and you guys didn’t refund me even though I had it cancelled before the third business day of the deposit

  We take customer concerns seriously and always aim to resolve matters professionally and transparently. In this case, the payment referenced in this review was submitted through our payment processor but did not successfully clear the originating bank and was returned for insufficient funds. Because the payment never settled, no refund could be issued. Prior to this, we also performed standard due diligence and confirmed that the property referenced remained actively listed on the MLS with no transfer of ownership, and the listing agent had no knowledge of the individual claiming to authorize the work. As a licensed contractor, we cannot legally proceed with work or financial transactions without proper authorization from the property owner of record. Our payment processor advised us not to issue a refund while the transaction was pending, which ultimately proved correct when the payment was returned by the bank. We remain committed to operating with integrity, protecting property owners, and following proper financial and contracting procedures.   We had a leak in our roof and after several poor experiences with other roofers we called Mike here at sublime and they were amazing. Very timely on coming out and we're through and quickly found and fixed the issue and a great price. I will never use any other roofer as long as I'm in the area

  Wow, what can I say... they did a wonderful job. Worked with the insurance company direct from severe wind damage and I got a whole new roof. The install was efficient, professional, and they did a wonderful job on clean up. Highly recommend.

  I cannot say enough good things about Sublime Roofing and the experience they provided. We requested a quote and the very next day they were out inspecting our roof and clearly explaining exactly what to expect. Their responsiveness and communication were outstanding from start to finish. Within just a few days of receiving the quote, the work began and was completed right on schedule. Everything was handled professionally and the quality of work was top-notch. I highly recommend them!

  I called around looking to replace my roof,Sublime came over went on the roof ,took pictures and took the time to explain what they would do. Gave me a price ,which was very fair . I received exceptional customer service, and I’m beyond pleased with the work and the professionalism and the follow up! I would highly recommend them

  Sent them an email requesting to get a quote for the roof on our house. Jeff Simmons called within an hour. He explained that they use satellite photos to review and create the quote. Very cool stuff in my opinion. We should see the quote middle of next week.
