  Hi David — I completely understand why receiving an unexpected message like that would be frustrating, but I was honestly caught off guard and confused when I read this review. We’re a small, locally owned company, and we do not have any automated mass-texting system or campaign set up, nor do we purchase lists of phone numbers to contact people after storms. I’m not trying to dismiss your concern at all. I genuinely want to see what you and your fiancée received so I can figure out where it came from. Could you please email me directly at ddishno@elevaterestorationsllc.com with screenshots showing the message, the number it came from, and the date and time? You can absolutely cover up your own personal phone numbers. If someone is using our company’s name, or if this was sent by a different business with a similar name, I want to get to the bottom of it.   I have tried to get ahold of these guys for weeks to schedule my roof after sending them the money they said they needed to start it. Lo and behold I haven’t heard one word back. Absolute fraudulent company. I wouldn’t recommend a homeless person to work with them. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

We are currently caught up on our scheduled builds, and we do not have any record of receiving payment from you or delaying a roof project.   We had a great experience with Elevate Restoration from start to finish. The crew was professional, reliable, and did an excellent job on our roof. They arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and paid close attention to detail. Communication was also great throughout the entire process, and everything was completed as promised. We are very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company. And some informal words: These guys are great stand-up guys who talk straight and stick to their promises. It’s rare to find people like them in the construction industry. And another thing I noticed is how tech savvy these guys are. And that goes a long way when you are dealing with insurance and other parties concerning all the paperwork and reporting that needs to happen.   Rick was maybe the 4th guy to come to my door. The way he presented and explained everything made me immediately choose Elevate Restorations. 32 days later i have a BRAND NEW ROOF THROUGH INSURANCE. Thank you Rick he helped throughout the whole process and Dylan is amazing as well. Highly recommend these guys!! Their crew was so friendly too!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Rohan. He came to my house for a roof appraisal, but somehow ended up fixing my roof, my foundation, my credit score, and my marriage. Before Rohan knocked on my door, my shingles were curling, my wife was leaving me, and my dog barely acknowledged my existence. Within an hour, my roof looked brand new, my wife renewed our vows, and my dog started calling me “Dad” again. I’ve heard legends of great employees before, but Rohan isn’t an employee—he’s a force of nature. If every company had a Rohan, world peace would probably be achievable by next Tuesday. 10/10. Give this man a raise, a corner office, and possibly his own national holiday.

  Was amazing… they are experts. Covered all plants around my home … left no debris. Fast efficient and really perfect job. I highly recommend this company for anything. The best standards!!!! My insurance covered everything! USAA …….. wonderful!!!!!

  Weather played a role in getting my roof done but Dylan kept in contact with me the whole time. The work was excellent and the crew was exceptional about the clean up. I definitely recommend them if a roof is needed. Thank you.

  I am so thankful that Hannah and Dylan stopped by my house after the storm. They took care of everything. They handled the insurance claim professionally. Within a month I had a new roof and a fixed fence. Neighbors have commented how quickly the repairs were done and how great the roof looks. I highly recommend.
