We had a great experience working with our roofing rep, Paul, and the roofing company overall. Paul was honest and upfront after we shared what we were looking for in a new roof. We met a few times, and at each meeting he brought helpful information and materials so we could compare different roofing options and products. He explained the whole roofing process clearly, from the first step to the final installation, and made sure we understood what to expect. Paul was very patient with us while we made our decision, and that meant a lot. On installation day, the roofing crew arrived early as promised and got right to work. They worked hard and efficiently, and the roof installation was finished quickly without cutting corners. The crew also did a great job cleaning up and left the yard looking the same as when they arrived. After the job was done, Paul came back to inspect the finished roof and make sure we were happy with the workmanship. Everyone we dealt with was professional, direct, and easy to talk to. No pressure, no runaround, just solid roofing service and quality installation. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and would gladly recommend this roofing team to friends and family in San Clemente.

We had a complete re-roof done on our home and were very happy with the quality of the work. After some heavy rain in San Clemente, we noticed a small leak around a wall stove vent. The roofing company responded quickly and sent Micah out within a few days. Micah went above and beyond to fix the issue, checked the surrounding roof area, and made sure everything was sealed properly. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing the original roof installation was done the right way and that the warranty support was handled so fast and professionally. The crew was efficient, courteous, and clearly knew roofing systems, flashing, and leak repair. We really appreciate the quick response, solid workmanship, and excellent follow-through. We highly recommend this roofer for re-roofing, roof repairs, and any roofing concerns because the service was dependable from start to finish.

They were friendly and easy to talk to. After I paid the deposit, there was a short wait before the crew arrived to install new gutters and downspouts on my older home. They completed the front section first, and once the old gutter was …

Amazing quality and solid workmanship. The crew did an excellent job on our roof after wind damage, and the whole roofing process was smooth from start to finish. We had been dealing with ongoing roof leaks for years on our very steep, high-pitched roof, and now for the first time since buying the house, we have had no leaks at all. justin and the team were professional, careful, and clearly skilled with steep-slope roofing work. They also installed beautiful copper finials, cupolas, and copper awnings that really upgraded the look of our home’s exterior and added great curb appeal. In the warm San Clemente climate, it was important to have a roof system that looks great and performs well, and they delivered on both. we are extremely happy with the new roof, the flashing details, and the overall finish. tristan and the crew did outstanding work, and we would absolutely recommend them for any roofing project.

Excellent roofing service, very personable and quick to respond. At first there were a few communication gaps and a couple of missed nails after the first cleanup, but justin and the crew were careful, professional, and came back right away to make everything right. After living with the new roof for a while in San Clemente, i noticed a few workmanship items like debris in the stove exhaust vent area, a small weak spot where underlayment needed more attention, some loose sheathing, and a few nails around the perimeter. I also saw a couple of places that needed better completion. What really stood out was how seriously they took every concern. The team came back, inspected the roof system, corrected all the items, secured the problem areas, cleaned up thoroughly, and even fixed a few additional things they found during the visit at no extra charge. The roof has been holding up well with no leaks, which says a lot because previous roofers could not solve the issue. craig and ruben were respectful, honest, and easy to work with, and the whole process ended on a very strong note. i am very impressed with their integrity, follow-through, and commitment to quality roofing work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in San Clemente needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.
