JRT Roofing & Waterproofing Inc.

The only one or two-star review we hold for JRT Roofing & Waterproofing Inc..

JRT Roofing is the contractor being used by my apartment complex, Valentia Apartments in San Diego. They have been operating in complete violation of state safety laws and OSHA standards—dangerously dropping large clay shingles, nails, a hardhat, and garbage onto my porch (which is where my washer and dryer are, so I’m forced to use the porch). My bench was also damaged by the falling debris, which is being dropped from a height of at least 20 feet. In the process of reporting this to the relevant agencies.

Good afternoon Nathan, We appreicate the feedback and I want to Personally apologize for any inconvenience the re-roof and maintenance work has caused you. We have partnered with Shea home for several years and we do our best to communicate to the property management office on what to expect during the demo stages. It looks like we could have been more diligent in our housekeeping. I will personally get with our team to make sure this does not happen again. In the future, if you have any questions, concerns or issues with any of the work that is going on you will be pleased to know that we have a full time OSHA safety compliance manager on site, as well as 24/7 access to the project coordinator and project manager. Here are their direct numbers. Kaeden Carabba (949) 259-8816, Maisyn Diaz (949) 346-7204 and Jennifer Pecorrela (949) 742-2892. Also, my name is Joey Trucksess and I am the President of the company. You are welcome to reach out to me directly as well. (949) 290-9662 Roofing is extremely invasive and we do our best to help mitigate dirt and debris from falling around the area. We will do our best to keep each of the 350 units clear as we continue our progress. We appreciate your insight. Have a great day!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the recent roof repair service I received. The JRT team's professionalism was evident from the initial consultation through to the project's completion. Moreover, I was incredibly impressed with the punctuality and efficiency demonstrated throughout the entire process. Additionally, the pricing was fair and aligned perfectly with the high quality of work provided. I was left feeling satisfied with the result, as the roof is now in excellent condition. I would be happy to recommend their service to anyone in need of similar work.
