  i arranged termite inspection and he cancelled it at the last minute even though i mentioned i will be flying out of town the same day!!! i only had one day to get this inspection done so my plan is now screwed over. unprofessional!!!

  We understand your frustration regarding the cancellation of the inspection. However, it’s important to clarify that the appointment was arranged and subsequently canceled by your agent, not us. We were informed by your agent that the seller had already completed a termite inspection and started the related work, making our inspection unnecessary. The timing of this information, which was outside of our control, unfortunately led to the last-minute cancellation. We value professionalism and always aim to honor our commitments, but in this instance, the circumstances were entirely dependent on the communication between your agent and the listing agent.   Worked with Stratton Termite & Roofing for a full roof replacement and new gutters on my home in Costa Mesa and they absolutely crushed it. Frank was incredible to work with.   I cannot recommend Stratton Termite & Roofing Solutions highly enough! From the very first consultation, Frank (the owner) and his entire team exceeded my expectations in every way. What really stood out to me was how Frank went above and beyond to make the process stress-free. He personally helped me get all the necessary permits, going completely out of his way to handle the red tape so I didn't have to. On top of that, they didn't just do a quick fix--Frank made sure to replace a significant amount of damage they found, ensuring the job was done right and would last. The quality of the work is top-tier, but the customer service is what truly sets them apart. Frank and all of his employees were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire project. They kept me updated constantly and were amazing about working within my budget without ever cutting corners.   It’s so nice to see a father and son working together. Frank Jr and Sr are great and get the job done together. Frank Sr kept in constant contact during the entire process and does an incredible job with keeping the customer happy. I will continue to do business with them.

  I needed to have my home fumigated/tented for long-term termite issues that didn't get handled for 15+ years. I got 5 quotes from various companies and went with Stratton. I am so glad I did and I am here to just tell you straight up - save yourself the time of bringing other companies in and just go with this company. Stratton was so communicative, they demo'ed my rotted, falling down patio and tented my house for an amazing price, they kept me informed of everything, they took pictures and sent them to me, they helped me with the gas company arranging everything and talking to the gas guy directly on my behalf when I accidently missed him. Frank Sr and Frank Jr will take VERY good care of you, and on top of that, they do roofing too so they inspect the roof initially and follow up afterwards ensuring that any tiles that might have gotten accidentally broken during tenting get repaired. None of my tiles were broken, btw. It's really hard to open your home in this really vulnerable way to strangers. You worry about things like theft and damage, and you can't just pack up your whole house. It's hard to be locked out of your own home for a couple of days and it's a hard process overall, but Stratton was trustworthy and made it as easy as it can be for a price you can't beat. GO WITH STRATTON. You won't be sorry.
