I see you got my comments take off of here. After putting off my job and then saying there was a shingle shortage when I seen Lowes had them stock piled, I called Knox Roofing to ask if that was true. Knox had my roof on the next day. …

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This has to be the most unprofessional roofing company in North Carolina. Lance and his crew left my yard a wreck. There were nails, lumber, and other various roofing materials sprawled out everywhere when they got done. Never came back to clean up, my carport was NEVER FINISHED. I have made numerous calls and attempts to contact Lance and haven't heard anything in months. He is the epitome of bad business. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I could not stress this enough. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

We called these folks looking for help with some water leakage in an upstairs bedroom, to find the source and figure out if it was a big deal or a minor repair. Long story short, we got the run around. Was led to believe that it was a big deal, and we needed an entire new roof due to MAJOR storm damage. We submitted a homeowners claim which was denied, The roofer was not even present during the adjuster visit, which is what had been promised to us. Then we were led to believe that the insurance company was just trying to swindle us and not pay a claim, so we were advised to persue getting another adjuster to evaluate. All the while, we had been given NO DOCUMENTATiON with photos from them. Then it turned out that the roofer, who bailed on us for our adjuster appointment because he “came down with debilitating flu” actually wasn’t sick at all. We ended up getting a second opinion that confirmed a simple fix which was less than our deductible. BEWARE! These guys will give you the run around and may cost you valuable time and cause lots of stress! Don’t fall for it. Also - after looking them up- they are NOT member of the BBB like their cards state.

Lance's team was super quick they had the roof done in one day. They were polite and even helped me move items away from the house before they started. Lance was easy to work with and I definitely couldn't beat the price.

I would highly recommend this company. We had a slate roof removed and shingles added. The job lasted a day and a half. We are very pleased with the results.

Lance came out for a roof inspection on very short notice for a home sale. He performed a professional and throrough analysis of the roof and provided recommendations regarding our replacement options. Very knowledgable and explained everything in clear detail.

I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish they were very professional. Daniel helped walk me through the claim process & was here when the adjuster came. Crew arrived as scheduled and they worked very well together. Lance was on site the day of installation & performed a thorough inspection once the job was complete. Lance & Daniel were always available with any questions I had. Best experience all the way around!

Called Storm Stopper Roofing to replace a 20 yr old roof with some issues on a property I was purchasing. I always prefer using 'mom and pop' local businesses when I can and depend on reviews to help me choose. I called three local …

Lance was great to work with. The quality of work was top notch and his price was several thousand dollars below the next guy. This is the second of our rental units that he's done for us and in both cases we are very satisfied with the work and the price. You'd be crazy at least to not get a quote from him if you are looking for a new roof.

Great roofer! Lance’s crew did a great job on my new roof several years ago! But his customer service doesn’t end there. The terrible storm last week left a tree limb on my garage that I was worried about. I called Lance and he was out checking on it in no time!
