Knox Roofing is absolute trash. Shockingly incompetent, careless, and completely unprofessional. They butchered the job, ignored every promise, trashed my property, and vanished when problems came up. No accountability, no pride, no integrity. Hiring them was a huge mistake—do yourself a favor and NEVER call this company.

This was honestly the WORST experience ever. I don’t even know where to start. Knox Roofing was a complete mess from day one. Nobody calls you back, nobody explains anything, and I was left confused and stressed the whole time. They say they’ll show up—then they don’t. They say they’ll fix things—then nothing happens. I kept waiting and waiting like an idiot thinking someone would actually do their job. Total lack of professionalism and zero care for customers. I regret choosing them and would NEVER recommend Knox Roofing to anyone. Huge mistake.

Would not recommend Knox Roofing. My skylight is still leaking even after they supposedly fixed it. The customer service is terrible and communication is almost nonexistent. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and got little to no response. Poor work and no follow-through.

Knox roofing is such a breath of fresh air; the professionalism and accommodation was so reassuring! I am so greatful for how thorough they were throughout the process and that the attitudes were so pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again!

I called Knox Roofing because a stain appeared in the garage after a heavy rain. John came out, inspected the roof, and said a few minor repairs were needed; the company that had installed the roof seven years earlier had done a mediocre job. He identified the source of the leak that same day, and his crew arrived the next day to carry out all the necessary repairs. I had complete confidence in John; his work and that of his team were excellent. In the future, whenever I need roofing work or repairs, I won't hesitate to call Knox Roofing again. Thank you very much!

We truly cannot recommend Knox Roofing enough! From the very beginning, Dalton made us feel so validated, heard, and genuinely well taken care of. His communication throughout the entire process was above and beyond. He was always responsive, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly easy. Dalton was absolutely the reason we ultimately chose to go with Knox Roofing, and we’re so glad we did! The installation team was just as wonderful. They worked incredibly quickly, stayed late to get the job finished sooner, and every person we interacted with was so kind and professional. We had such a great experience from start to finish and would choose Knox Roofing again ten times over. If you’re looking for a roofing company that truly takes care of its customers, this is the one!

I was referred by someone to use Knox Roofing for my ceiling that had a leak. I messaged them, they came out, and fixed the job all in the same day! It was effortless. I highly recommend them. Prices are very reasonable as well. Kind, honest people.

Knox roofing replaced 8 skylights for us. They did a great job and we were so pleased with their work. Could not even tell they had been at house when I got home from work.

Want to give Knox Roofing a huge thumbs up! Complimentary and timely service years after installing new roof. Most contractors come in, do the job, get paid and you don't see them again. This guy stood behind his work in a big way today. He will definitely be the one to call for repairs and other installations in the future. You don't forget the good guys!
