Company hired by homeowner Broke and damaged personal property, borrowed materials. Business owner lied about making good. It's been 4 months and I've not seen or heard from them again.

I am the office manager and have never been made aware of any situation in which our customers were unsatisfied upon completion of any work. Please call me personally at 321-356-9698 to discuss the concerns you may have as we are unaware of this situation.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Stenhouse roofing is extremely unprofessional, tacky, and outright rude. Brad (the owner) is a terrible businessman. Thinks he’s too good to speak with clients.

I’m sorry, but we do not have you listed as one of our customers. We never did any work for a homeowner with the last name Crow. If you would like to call me, I am the contractor, I would be happy to speak with you as I have no idea who you are. 3213569698

Made an appt last week to provide me with a quote on 9/15 which was yesterday at 11 am. No one showed up & didn't even have the courtesy to call to say anything or reschedule. Definitely not the company I want to be working on my new roof.

  Reply from the business

This is not true. I spoke to you yesterday and was half way to your house with the paperwork. We had concerns and were researching that you are not actually the owner of the home and legally cannot sign the contract. That's the actual facts. Feel free to call me directly 33213569698. I apologize but we will not engage in illegal activity.

Brad and Denise Stenstrom were amazing people to work with and did an exceptional job from start to finish. They made the entire process easy, kept me informed every step of the way, and were always available to answer questions. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail truly set them apart. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and my  new roof looks absolutely fantastic. The finished product has completely transformed the appearance of my home. The crew worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and clearly took pride in their work. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Stenstrom Roofing & Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused roofing company. Thank you, Brad and Denise, for a wonderful experience and a beautiful new roof!

A huge “thank you” for our beautiful new roof. It was done quickly, on budget! Every detail was attended to and we were left with exactly the roof tile we had chosen and a clean, nail-free driveway. Highly recommend!

I received several quotes to have my roof replaced and Stenhouse was not only the least expensive but also offered the highest quality materials. The communication was excellent and the work was completed in two days for a roof that was about 3,000 square feet. Great job!

Brad , Stenhouse Roofing has been a blessing to me. After having a new roof put on my home 3 years ago and experienced continued leaks no company I called would help me with repairs. Brad's crew did an excellent job at a reasonable cost for me. I highly recommend to my friends and family.

Brad's crew did a fabulous job on the chimney cap of our 32 year old, two-story house. They secured the cap and seal coated the top, caulked the flashing and replaced several shingles. We are very pleased with the work.

October 9, 2024 was a very hard day for us. After loosing our entire belongings and severe damage to our house due to Hurricane Milton, it was hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Our entire house pretty much went down to the studs. We have been back into our home now for 5 months and I want to give a shout out to Stenhouse Roofing & Construction. Our family and friends have come over and are very impressed with how the house turned out. I love how we can come home after a long day, put the key in our door and walk into our home. Brad and Denise are very professional and worked diligently to get us back home. All of your hard work was very appreciated.l highly recommend them for any home repairs. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were truly appreciated. The repairs turned out even better than I had envisioned, and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you again for your hard work and professionalism.
