Logams Roofing Contractors

The only one or two-star review we hold for Logams Roofing Contractors.

Beware! We had a leak in a small part of our roof. We called Logams, and 2 nice professionals came out. They quoted us a fair price and we approved the work. The next day a guy came out to "measure", he was on our roof for an hour banging around (he also didn't speak a word of English). A couple of days later, we get notified they want to replace half the roof instead of juat the small leaking park, for thousands more. We complain about the smoke and mirrors, and they say they will then "repair" it for thousands more than the original quote and also thousands less than the really high number they had said a couple minutes earlier. Sooo, they send out people to damage roofs to make more money, or they have untrained bid employees? The original bidders were on our roof for a while, so if there was damage they should have seen it.
