I recently worked with St. John’s Trusted Roofing Co. and was genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything went. From the first interaction, they were clear, patient, and took the time to walk me through the situation without making it feel overwhelming. What stood out was their honesty—they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work and explained the options in a way that made it easy to make a decision. The team arrived on time, worked in an organized and efficient manner, and kept the area clean throughout the process, which I really appreciated. You can tell they have experience and take pride in doing things properly rather than rushing. By the end, everything looked solid and well done, and I felt confident in the quality of the work. Overall, a very reassuring experience working with a team that values professionalism and trust.
