Poor quality work, I had to have another company and come to fix and continue the work. Even their opinion was yes the work was preformed but very sloppy. Took a picture and asked Ai if this was a professional job, response of absolutly not this looks like a slop patch job. Job was left with more work being needed but never received a bit or quote. Owner was even asking me how to write up a invoice. When asked for invoice before I pay the first invoice was just listed as "cleaned roof" no mention of what work was performed, if any warranty was applicable. Second invoice had not mention of what locations of roof repair work was performed on. I would not recommend. Pics provided was from company after saying they were all finished, Yes they did come out next day to fix the sloppy silicone but other company mentioned you usually dont even see the silicone. Probably right since im the only house in neighborhood with visible silicone now.

An aging roof requires careful attention and time, but this company seemed focused on finishing as quickly as possible. The rushed installation resulted in sloppy work and multiple issues that are now becoming apparent

Spring Roofing is all talk. Fancy ads, but zero accountability when things go wrong.

Pavel and his team at Spring Roofing did an excellent job replacing my shake roof! The work was completed on schedule, for a reasonable (and transparent) cost, the crew cleaned up all debris, and Pavel was very responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend Spring Roofing to anyone who needs a roof replacement or repair!

I would highly recommend this company! We had a leak in our roof that was dripping into the kitchen. Other companies were taking advantage of the situation and charging us for unnecessary work. Pavel came and showed us where the leak was coming from (turns out it was a nail) he siliconed it up and was on his way. It's nice to know there are still honest people out there!

I recently had a roof leak that showed up on my ceiling. Within three hours of calling, Pavel came out and completed an inspection — I never even received a return call from the other roofing companies I contacted. He quickly identified the problem, which turned out to be caused by improperly installed solar brackets. Since the panels need to be removed and repairing it could void my solar warranty, Pavel explained that I’d need to have the solar company handle the fix directly. I truly appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and quick response. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Pavel again for any future roofing needs — his promptness and expertise were above all others.

I just had my entire roof and porch done by Spring Roofing. It looks like a new house! I am so happy with the results- the attention to detail and a very reasonable price- all done in less than a week! Today I received a message from a woman who said she drove by my house and wondered if I was interested in selling. She was probably just a realtor, but I took it as a compliment because of the beauty a new roof makes on a house. Have your new roof done by Spring Roofing. You will be glad you did!

We got Spring Roofing reference from our real estate agent. We had a roof leak and needed an independent review. Paul from Spring roofing came over and inspected the roof, gave us the reason for leak and also let us know the possible solutions. Paul was on time, very professional, and completed his work on time. We are glad we used spring roofing. They provided excellent service.

Spring Roofing (no relation to my last name) was extremely helpful to us. They were honest and reliable, and came to look at our roof without a charge. Was able to determine that the roof leak was under our solar panels. Really appreciate the help!
