I highly, highly recommend NorthEast Roofing! Both Jordan and Grayce were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Within a day of inquiring about an estimate, Jordan was at my house looking at the roof, providing information about the different options, and answering my questions. He was honest with what needed to be done and the time frame that they could accomplish the work around my schedule. I had an estimate and a contract within another day. Grayce was very helpful with the contract & estimate questions that I had, scheduling dates, payments, etc. E-mails and text messages were answered quickly throughout the whole process. They are great at communication and keeping their customers informed. The day of installation, the entire NorthEast Roofing crew worked tirelessly the whole day in the hot weather. They were accommodating and respectful of the house and neighborhood “events” (they moved potted plants back and forth safely, moved the trash bin on trash day around their trucks, and kindly answered questions from curious neighbors.) Plants and bushes around the house, along with porches and stairs were covered from debris during installation. Afterwards the yard and driveway were left very clean. Photos of their work during and after were provided the same day of installation. The finished roof looks amazing and I am very happy with the work. I felt the whole process was made easier by a company that was honest and great at communication. You can’t go wrong by choosing NorthEast Roofing for your home!

Jordan and the NorthEast Roofing team did an excellent job from start to finish. I pay attention to quality, communication, and whether contractors actually do what they say they’re going to do, and these guys delivered. During the estimate, Jordan took the time to show us the issues with our existing roof and explain what he was seeing instead of just handing us a quote. Throughout the project, communication was consistent, the crew worked hard, kept things organized, and the jobsite stayed clean. What stood out to me most was the transparency. Partway through the install, Jordan took us up on the roof so we could see the work in progress and understand exactly what was being done. The finished product looks great, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Grayce was also excellent on the communication side and always quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend NorthEast Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and a team that follows through.

It was a pleasure working with you guys, we are so grateful for your recommendation! -Jordan, Grayce & Team

From the very first conversation, Jordan, Grayce, and the entire NorthEast Roofing team were incredible to work with. As someone who asks a lot of questions and likes to understand exactly what’s going on, I really appreciated how patient, thorough, and transparent they were throughout the entire process. During the free estimate, Jordan didn’t just give us numbers and leave. He took the time to show us exactly what was going on with our roof, explain areas of concern, and walk us through our options without ever making us feel pressured. That stood out immediately. Grayce was also an absolute gem throughout the process. She was kind, professional, incredibly responsive, and just genuinely wonderful to work with. What really impressed me was that halfway through the installation, Jordan actually took us up on the roof so we could see the progress and better understand the work being done. That level of transparency and pride in their work is rare. The finished roof looks incredible, and you can tell this team truly cares about quality, communication, and doing things the right way. I would confidently recommend NorthEast Roofing to anyone looking for a company they can trust.

Northeast was all around great to work with. They were responsive to my initial reach out, were able to get us onto the schedule promptly, and had great communication through the entire process. They were able to re-lead our chimney quickly and the results looked great. Their crew was professional and answered all questions I had. We will certainly call them next time we need roofing work done and will be recommending them to everyone we know.

Northeast Roofing of Auburn, Maine removed the old, and installed our new roof and skylights in spectacular fashion. We couldn't be happier with Jordan and his crew; professional from start to finish. We were out of the country while the work was being done and neighbors reported progress to us and raved at how great it looked. We were very excited to arrive home and to say the least, we were elated upon arrival. And the best news was that the final $$$ total was under the very detailed estimate we agreed to. It is great doing business with honest, skilled profesionals who provide quality service at an honest price. Thank you Jordan Hicks and crew.
