  Katrina, I'm very sorry that we were unable to replace your gutters as requested. We did give you a full refund. We also did work on your roof which I do have photos of, to show you the patch that we did. We did end up doing work on your roof, labor and materials, and still refunded your full amount. Our gutter guys had fallen behind this past summer with all of the storms we had this year. Also, I know that you were supposed to get in touch with Charter/Spectrum to remove some cables before we were able to replace the gutters. That did cause the timeline to extend. Again, I am sorry for the delay in the replacement of the gutters. I will email you pictures of your roof later today.

  This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any business!! I was texted by Patrick, the owner telling my my roof was repaired the day before and he would send pictures of the repairs. I never received any pictures because no repairs were done!! After receiving the text I took pictures of the roof myself, sure enough there were shingles missing and actual holes in the roof!! He continued to send me invoices for the repairs. The following pictures are of the roof with the missing shingles and the results of his dishonest business practices!!!

  Roger, I am sorry that we were unable to fix the problem the first time. I was told that the issue was a non-emergency by the homeowner. With the Monsoon rain levels that we had, we were out helping people who had dire emergencies. If we would have know it was more of an emergency than suggested we would have been out sooner.   Our roof looks great. Spartan roofing was a great company to work with. Their pricing was fair, the work crew did meticulously work. I have a rental which will need a new roof in a few years and I will be calling Spartan Roofing again.

  The installation of new gutters was fantastic. The men worked in extreme 100 weather and took only 2 hours to tear and replace nee gutters

  Best roofing experience ever!! We had a storm basically destroy our roof. We were originally going to go with another company, but the other company could not get the red shingles to match our exterior home, they had a couple week wait time to replace the roof, and they were being shady about pricing......So, we considered our options....... My hubby did his research and found SPARTAN ROOFING, and we are so glad he did!!! SPARTAN ROOFING is top notch!! Patrick and his wife are very professional, easy to talk to, and upfront about costs, timing, supplies etc..... Patrick ensured that the supplies were ordered, and delivered on time and that the order was correct. They told us they would have our roof done in a day; we questioned that initially, BUT let me tell you, true to their word, the crew had our old roof off and the new roof on and all the needed repairs to bring us up to code before we got home from work that day!!! If you live in the area and need a roof replaced, please contact SPARTAN ROOFING, you will not be disappointed~ Thank you SPARTAN ROOFING!!!
