The critical reviews

Sajjad did an excellent job repairing the missing fascia on my house. He didn’t just fix the immediate issue—he went the extra mile by replacing the cheap aluminum nails with stainless steel ones and adding additional fasteners to make sure everything is secure and won’t come loose again. Really appreciate the attention to detail and the extra care he put into the work. The repair looks solid and professionally done. Highly recommend Sajjad if you’re looking for someone reliable who takes pride in doing the job right.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on SP Roofing and Renovations. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
