The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Roofcraft Incorporated. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I was given notice from my insurance company that my roof was 20 years old and needed to be replaced, otherwise they would no longer insure my home. I called Roofcraft and Doug came out to see me. He climbed on the roof and instantly explained that my roof was not 20 years old due to the shingle wear and tear. He told me he would put something together for me to send to the insurance company, which he sent the following day. He was able to prove my roof was not 20 years old using Google Images and by pointing out the different types of shingles used. With the evidence he provided, I was able to send the report to my insurance company to rescind their notice and continue my coverage. Doug could have taken advantage of the fact that I was told I needed a new roof, but the honesty and integrity he showed were unmatched. Thank you!

Roofcraft did roof shingle replacement and a siding repair. I'm happy with both. They do quality work and care about addressing your concerns.

Roofcaft is amazing. I had a nightmare contractor completely botch a window siding repair on my house. Roofcraft did such an amazing job you cannot tell the window was replaced. Ancient siding on my house was matched to a T. Truly professional crew. Very impressed.

Just finished my roof, on time and looking great. Owner Doug Fraser was easy to deal with, and is a man of his word. The best part was the crew including, Jesse, Aaron, and Anthony. Very respectful, efficient and knowledgeable individuals who not only told me they take pride in their work, but showed it. I would recommend them in an Amherstburg minute. Martyn Adler

What Roofcraft Incorporated says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Their site also states: states years in business.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Roofcraft Incorporated. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
