The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Southern Roofing Specialists Inc.. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
3 more of the 3 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

There's a saying. Fast, Cheap, and Good… pick two. If it’s fast and cheap it won’t be good. If it’s cheap and good, it won’t be fast. If it’s fast and good, it won’t be cheap. Fast, cheap and good … pick two words to live by. It's hard to find a business that can give you all 3 but Southern Roofing CAN. Save their number in your phone because you WILL need them and they WILL be there for you!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Southern Roofing Specialists Inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
