  Door to door salesperson banged on my door for almost 5 minutes while I'm on an important work call. Dog certainly let me know you're there, but remained consistent and unwavering. You absolutely will never recieve my business with those tactics.

  Justin did my quote for 6ft of wood and fascia repair. He quoted me almost $1900 (including the cost for a 10 foot garbage trailer). I received a quote less than half that amount. I’m leaving a review because I feel like he tried to take advantage of me because I’m a woman. He didn’t even respond when I asked him why the price was so high (the quote had no itemized prices).

  Extremely disappointed with our experience. We contacted this company based on the positive reviews. Initially we were impressed with how quickly they came out to assess our situation. The guy made a lot of promises but didn't follow through with most of them. The job was pushed back by a week and a half because the guys didn't communicate with each other. I was told the job was finished when they'd only done part of the repairs. The guy claimed he hadn't been told exactly where they were supposed to fix the roof. Then, I was told they would return the next day and finish the job. They did not. I contacted one of the guys about this and was told "it was out of his hands". When I called the other guy, he told me they "were busy doing a major job" and didn't know when they would be finished. Eventually the job was finished. After I paid the invoice, the company called me demanding payment. Overall, this seems to be a poorly run company and I would not recommend using them.

  We asked for a quote for a roof, Devin Bowmanwent up on the roof and removed shingles which then require us to put on a new roof. We were told it would be an inspection. When we asked for a quote, he persuaded me husband to allow him to file a claim, even though all I wanted was a quote. He assumed we wanted to do business with him. When I told him another company had given me a quote for $6k less, he told me I was obligated to use him because he filed a claim. Then he came back and said they could do it for the same price, but not do the code upgrades. I contacted my insurance company. They said, that's unethical. He sent me a collection for $2k. Our insurance gave us $12,000 and we were supposed to magically come up with $13k. He should have only provided a quote like we asked, so we could budget such a huge expenditure. Now we have to sue him for tearing up our roof and deal with the collection he sent to us. Totally unprofessional.

  I wish I could leave a better review as the roofers did a decent job, but the company as a whole was very bad to deal with. They did some minor damage to my siding, didn't send me my warranty information, and lost my 2nd 50% payment check and sent me collections notices. After talking to them they said they would take care of the open points but never did. They called me months later asking to cash the check (they found the check several months later). I told them they could not cash it until the called me back with resolutions on the open topics, but they cashed the check anyway and I never heard back from them. I really recommend you find someone else.

Your warranty has not been issued due to your account not being paid in full. It is an industry standard to issue warranties after accounts are paid in full. Once your account is paid in full we will happily register your warranty and send it to you.

  Excellent service! They offered us a free roof inspection and took the time to explain everything. They Even showed us pictures of potential issues that could cause problems with our roof in the future. Highly recommend!

  Justin Carnes was amazing, he came to inspect my roof and was honest about the issues at hand. He was very thorough and gave me tips about what was going on and the solution to those. I will definitely reach out to him anytime I have a roof problem

  I had some issues with my siding so I gave them a call and Chris came out to give me a quote. He was extremely helpful and answered every question I had. He was easy to get in touch with when I had further questions and always replied quickly.
