  Worst company ever paid them cash for a new roof they up charged me on extra ply wood pulling off good wood saying the integrity of it was bad when it wasn't. Everybody that was involved in this project tried to distract me getting into my personal life trying to figure out where I worked not focusing on what there team was doing to my house. One of the team members cut my siding all zigzagged having to higher somebody that Keven recommend to install PVC triming and flashing to cover up there mistake. I have been fighting with them for months after the guy they hired couldn't pop a straight line an screwed my siding up even worseand know they are ignoring me because they know they caused about 10k in damages and won't fix the work

I do know that we have full documentation on any and all plywood being removed and replaced on all jobs, with photos.   Made appointment to check for roof leak. Never showed up. Left them a message to reschedule. They never returned the call.

  If you value your landscaping do not hire this expensive company. They stomped on many of my plants, put a heavy planter on top of a perennial fern, threw torch lanterns on newly planted lirope etc.. They had to replace 2 skylights and did such a sloppy job on the cutout I can't stand to even look at them when I'm on the top floor and also left sticky film on them. They stayed too late to get the job done, I appreciate that but when I work 12 hours the last thing I want to deal with is loud workers on my roof. They left trash everywhere that I'm still finding and I also saw a worker use the phone rather than working. They also didn't put anything back in place. They came so highly recommended that I can't believe they were so disrespectful to us. Very disappointed and refuse to recommend them to anyone!

  I am so sorry you feel this way. We have thousands of satisfied customers and it is our goal to make you satisfied. It has been around 6 months since we roofed your house and this is the first we have heard about these issues. We removed about 2 tons of shingles off of your house and did move your flower pots and lanterns away from the house so it would not get damaged. We are so sorry if a fern got damaged. We called you and talked to your husband and he said everything was okay so, I don't understand the reason for this review. And as far as the cut out, we did not cut anything, we removed old skylights and installed new skylight on top of you roof, we installed slightly bigger ones so we would not have to risk cutting anything. If there is anything wrong we are more than happy to come out and fix it if you would call us back and give us a chance. 706-232-3085 i hope this finds you well

  Midian was able to respond quickly to an emergency commercial tarp job outside their area and got the job done. Techs on site were very professional and efficient. Scott Hutchens was very helpful in getting us information we requested in timely manner. Thank you for help.

  Midian roofing went above and beyond to fix a mistake that was made on our roof. I will be doing business with them and recommending them because of this reason. They have truly upheld their guarantee and they have been very honest and transparent during the whole situation. I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out and how quickly they took care of us! Their customer service is top tier, and I commend them for how they handle business with disgruntled customers.

  We were very pleased with Midian Roofing. Very professional. Job was completed in a very timely fashion. There is surely not a harder working crew of roofers in this area. They came at dawn and worked until dusk! Great clean up crew also. Amazing.

  I contacted Midian Roofing through the web on a Friday. They contacted me the following Monday morning. Grant visited within a few hours the same day due to a cancelation which was GREAT! He was friendly and professional and gave me several quotes after inspecting my roof. It was a positive experience. I recommend.

  I had an excellent experience with Midian roofing from start to finish. I worked with their sales representative, James Justice to get a quote for a new roof. I received a quote in a timely and professional manner via email along with a folder that included shingle colors/options, financing options, as well their proof of insurance. The quote was free and there was no pressure to make a decision immediately. After reviewing quotes from 4 businesses, it was clear that Midian was not only professional but they were the best priced quote as well. When I decided to go with Midian, Mr. Justice came back to my home for me to receive and sign my contract. From there, the job was scheduled for the following week. So they were very timely in their schedule as well. The day before the roof replacement was scheduled, another Midian employee, Kevin, I believe, called to ensure that any questions were answered and that I would be okay with the crew arriving early the next day to start work . Additionally, he asked if the dumpster/trailer could be dropped off early as well. The next morning the crew was at my house ready to start work at 6:15am. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job while also ensuring accurate and quality work. They covered my property in tarps to keep everything clean. They were careful and safe in being on the roof. They cleaned as they worked so that there was not a huge mess to clean up at the end. When finished, they ran a nail magnet several times to ensure nothing was left behind. Overall, they left my property cleaner than they found it. This experience was pleasant from start to finish. As a single mom, it was important to me to work with a company who was professional but also affordable and who didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. It was a relief and gave me peace of mind knowing how professionally I was treated and the quality work that was done on my home. I cannot thank Midian enough and will highly recomme

  Recently purchased home with fairly new roof. But it developed a roof leak. I called Meridian. Next day the repairman came and stayed all day on my roof. It was a very cold/windy day. No complaints, just steady work. No leaks now! Reasonable price and great attitude.

  My Mom has been trying to get her carport roof replaced for the past 4.5 to 5 years. Insurance turned her down when they replaced the main roof saying it wasn't covered. Fast forward to now. She had seen signs for Midian Roofing all over Rome, GA and even saw one close to our church on Hwy 140, so she decided to give them a call. From the first phone call with James Justice to the finished product by Midian's guys, Midian Roofing went above and beyond the call of duty with this roof repair. They were courteous during the whole process and you can tell that they took pride in their work. They not only did what they said they would do, but went beyond that as well to make it all look it's best. I highly recommend Midian Roofing for all of your roofing needs!! Don't hesitate to give them a call.
