  If you are going to use this company do yourself a favor and get a second or third quote. Very overpriced and came down 10k instantly when called out, which still wasn't close to the other companies that quoted the job. A suggestion for any roofing company make your estimators work an install for a day! They will be able to talk a more inteligantly about the products and reasonings for add ons or discounts provided.

  Very poor quality of roof repairs and siding installation repairs. Nails incorrectly placed and hammered in as I right that no room for sidingstrips to expand or construct in different weather conditions.

  Reached out about a Warranty issue pertaining to incorrect installation of roof line. Instead of the water falling into the gutters as they should, it sheets down the backside of my house and pools near the foundation. Have been trying for 2 months now to get a crew out to address the issue, but when the crew first showed up they claimed to have been given incorrect information about the height of my house and they did not have the proper ladder. They said they would be back the following week with the right ladder, but no one ever showed up or contacted me to say they could not be there. This was over a month ago. Trying to speak with someone in the warranty department is going nowhere. I only get the message that they are waiting to hear back from the Area Supervisor. That was two weeks ago, and I still dont have any information on when someone can come back out.

  I called 4/21/22 to get an appt a week later. I had an appt schedule 4/28/22 from 2-6. The roofer never showed up or gave me a call to inform me what was going on. They claim they came by after hours (it was dark outside). They never called …

  I had to take a day off from work for their 12-4pm window. They showed up to the wrong house at 12pm and did not even care to give me a call to ask if I was home. Person on the phone is even worse - did not even care about the issue and kept saying they have a tracker system in their car and pretty much insinuated that I was lying and saying I wasn't home when they went to the wrong house. A simple phone call to ask if someone was home while they were there would have saved them a trip and this bad review.

  We called Southern Exteriors to get a quote on siding. They responded promptly and James came out within two days to give us options and pricing. James was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through multiple options. We are very pleased with our project plan and it is actually affordable! Can’t wait for installation day!

  We requested a service visit to address leaks possibly due to siding issues( Hardie Board). Jonathan Caffarella arrived on time ( slightly earlier), was very polite and did a thorough inspection to offer a reasonable solution.   What a great company! I live on a busy road and these windows have cut the sound out! Already seeing a drop in my ac bill as well. Best part were the installers, kind, quick, just good people. The price can’t be beat! Trust me with 40 windows we shopped.
