Could not be happier to have hired Inya for our roof replacement. Lewis Polanco and his crew exceeded expectations in every way. From assisting with the claims process (Cristian Rosa, public adjuster), to completing the job as scheduled and in a single day, to leaving the jobsite cleaner than they found it. Cannot say enough great things about these guys.

We had a bad hail storm take out our roof. Inya was approved by our insurance and did an excellent job. They were quick, efficient and professional. Lewis (the owner) showed up on site daily, made sure everything was understandable and just how we wanted it. A few months later I texted a question and he showed up the very next day to talk face to face and address the issue. I definitely would recommend Inya to friends and family.

5 stars are not enough... if I could give 10 stars I would. Lewis was fair in his estimate and very responsive and made me feel very comfortable with his ability to complete the job with excellence. I was also ecstatic because while the repairs were in progress he sent before and after pictures. I loved it because I would never be able to check his work because I don't do ladders...at all... and to top it all off...I think he has a drone... he sent me images from a distance that only a drone would reach...Top Tier Service for sure!!!

I can best describe my experience as the name of the company Inya Perfect Construction because the work was PERFECT. Special thanks to Mr. John Saunders Claim Specialist for going above and beyond working with my insurance company on my behalf making the process less stressful for me he is a SPECIALIST and my second time using his expert knowledge in a job well done. Upon completion clean up there were no visible signs that a roof had been installed. Thanks for a job well done I will highly recommend Inya Perfect Construction.

Inya Perfect Construction replaced our roof. We are very happy with all aspects of the process. Out of more than half a dozen contractors contacted for a quote, Inya was one of only 2 to respond promptly with a site visit, thorough inspection and quote. Their price was the determining factor in selection. Once the decision was made, they scheduled the work within the week and completed the work in half a day, taking particular care to protect the landscaping. We recommend them to anyone seeking a fair price and professional performance.
