  Ronnie and crew were professional and on-time but two years after the roof was installed it leaked. Ronnie looked at it again but it only worsened. I had to pay another roofer to fix it.

  Hi. I'm sorry you had trouble getting a hold of us. We were indidated with calls and I also had gotten covid at that time and was really sick. It's only myself that answer all the phone calls. Please call me on my cell phone and I will come right over and repair your roof if in fact we did your roof. There has been some confusion lately as there was another local company using the same name as our.   The BEST service experience i have ever had in 45 years!!! After a recent storm, I called South Shore Roofing, leaving a message about an improperly installed stack boot. Ronnie Lackey promptly called back, and attentively listened as I explained water was staining the ceiling in a new kitchen. It was an emotional kick in the gut, as it was the kitchen my mom and I planned as she was terminally ill, and she asked what would happen to the house once she passed. Her dying wish was that new kitchen. She was an amazing cook, and did It all in the original 58 yr old kitchen. The new kitchen represented, and brought to life the few and last moments of joy she experienced during a painful hospice. Everyday in this kitchen i felt her joy and spirit. Ronnie not only understood how i devastated i was to see the ceiling ruined by a water leak, but also the immediacy of preventing further damage. He said he would work to fit in this repair asap. As another rain was approaching, Ronnie immediately came over and correctly re-installed the stack vent boot, reshingled the area roof, and immaculately cleaned up the mess!!! AND this was a 3 days before his commutted start date!! I have never experienced this level of genuine concern and kindness, nevermind professionalism!!! Ronnie Lackey and his South Shore Roofing team will provide top quality workmanship at good price with a complete mastery of all aspects of the specific job at hand!!! I am still blown away by this level of quality work, genuine concern and kindness, and proffesionalism!!! Ive attached before pictures of a sloppy incorrectly Installed boot ( which itself was the wrong part) and the Ronnie's work of a precise, correctly installed boot - and being the correct boot for this install!!!

  Ronnie and his team replaced my roof and also did some wall shingle replacements, trim boards and corner boards w/ PVC boards, and replaced several rotten window sills. He and his team did a great job. I would definitely hire South Shore Roofing again.

  We had a great experience with Ronnie and South Shore Roofing. He looked at our whole roof and deck, rather than just the pieces that were visibly broken and gave us multiple options to choose from. The roof is now fixed and looks great!

  Ron and his team did an excellent job replacing the trim and siding on our house. He is professional, easy to talk to, pays attention to detail and quick to respond. His crew was courteous and friendly, they arrived early, worked until dusk, and maintained a clean and organized work area. We highly recommend South Shore Roofing.

  I manage multiple condos in the South Shore and Ronnie and his team have helped me with multiple repairs and also large roof replacement projects. I strongly recommend working with South Shore Roofing. Their work is professional and you never have the call them back because of leaks. They complete the roof replacements on schedule, and they clean everything up perfectly. Other roofers leave behind hundreds of nails and with SS Roofing I've never found any. To top it off their price has always been very reasonable!

  Ronnie and his team were honest, professional, punctual, and provided high-quality work. Ronnie took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. As we were getting our siding and trim replaced by another contractor just after the roof completion by South Shore Roofing, Ronnie explained what to look out for with siding/trim contractor to ensure everything remained weather-tight between roof, chimney, and siding/trim upon completion. He came back to inspect his team's work and to ensure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend.
