  I made an appointment for an estimate to have several windows replaced. I was contacted by an unidentified employee who told the they looked at the house on Google maps and spouted off technical specs without explanation. The windows they saw are not even the ones needing replacing! I responded as letting them know about their wrong assumption and gave them a price range I was comfortable with. The unidentified rep responded stating that they couldn’t help as custom windows were needed and canceled my appointment. They never came to look at the windows in person. If they didn’t want the business they could have just told me they were booked up.

  Tom, you booked the appointment on line. Then the auto responder stated we will contact you which we did. You informed what you wanted to pay for a window and we simply could not accommodate you at the price you wanted. This procedure saves everyone time it's unique to the industry and we have been complimented on this procedure too many times to count. You have not been inconvenienced therefore the nature of the complaint is not understood as written. Otherwise please call but note the cost will be custom sized, 95% of replacement installations are custom

  Rude customer service on the phone when trying to ask questions for an estimate.

  Gave us a high minimum project cost, most likely because he thought the job was too small and he didn't want it. That was fine with us, and we found someone else who took the job and did a great job. However, I now get constantly spammed asking to add him as a contact in Linked-in or for a review for a job he's never done. Well, here's your review.

  John and his crew did an outstanding job. From clear and timely communications, to an excellent installation of our Hardie Plank siding. The crew chief took the time to review the entire install, and explain the specific requirements for installing the Hardie products. He was clearly an expert with this product. They were all very conscientious, thorough, and then cleaned up the job site when done. They also showed up when they said they were going to and kept me updated on all aspects of the project. Perfect.

  Mastercraft installed new doors, windows, and shades for our home, and we had a great experience. John, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us through the best options. They were very responsive, answered all of our questions, and completed the job exactly when they said they would. Highly recommend!

  MasterCraft replaced my house's original wood shingles with new Hardie Plank siding. They also put up new gutters & downspouts, a new sliding glass patio door, and motorized awning. From our first meeting, to planning, and seeing the project through to completion, John and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The quality of the materials, workmanship, communication, attention to detail, and consideration for my schedule and my neighbors were all top-notch. I'll recommend MasterCraft to others and hope to use them again for future home improvement projects.

  We recently had our windows replaced through MasterCraft. The process from the quote to install was great. John was very easy to communicate with. I was impressed with how quickly the windows arrived and were installed. We are very happy with our new windows!

  Mastercraft's most recent project was residing much of our home with Hardy-board. We were on vacation once the work got started, making working from home less of an issue. The team was incredibly hard working, meticulous, polite, good humored, and ready to address any issue. All aspects of the contract from demolition to clean up went well. They ensured we like the end result. The materials are long lasting, the options for materials were plentiful, and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. We recommend John and his teams for siding, he has been a pleasure to work with for this projects, starting from being a great advisor, to the finished job.
