  I have used Smitty’s for two Major hail storms in the past two years. They were awesome two years ago and even better this time. I will always use Smitty’s Roofing due to the great work they perform. Keep up the great job. Smitty’s Roofing did a great job from beginning to end both times. Thank You for everything..

  Chad did a great job of managing all of the repairs due to hail damage … not just our roof. He communicated promptly and kept us in the loop each step of the way. He assembled a great team of professionals to provide quality workmanship. Our home looks better than it did before the hailstorm. We are so grateful.

  Chad and Tracy did a remarkable job on getting our house repaired after the March 8 hailstorm. They both know how to deal with the insurance companies. Quite a few items were added to the initial inspection after Chad sent pictures of additional repair. Repairs were done in the proper order and to specification. They have a fantastic group of contractors to perform the work. Painter did an excellent job, the house looks completely different going from a cream color to black roof and trim. We are more then satisfied with the job and will use them again if we ever have another disaster.

  I would highly recommend Smitty‘s Roofing & Construction if you are in need of a new roof. Both the Owner Chad and Taylor Norris, made the process easy and convenient . Smitty‘s Roofing (Taylor Norris-Owner) took ownership of the project by dealing with the Insurance Adjuster directly. Taylor kept us informed every step through the entire process with transparency and communication.The replacement of the roof was done promptly with an exceptional job.   With the rainy season here, our garage decided it was time to spring a leak. I contacted Smitty’s Roofing and they had me fixed up in no time. There were quick to get to us and the work was amazing. Very impressed, will use them again, and definitely would recommend to a friend

  Smitty's Roofing & Construction was a professional experience. They will help you with your insurance claim, help you choose the right roofing and put your new roof on with an excellent crew. It is an experience of perfection. If I should need another roof in the future, I will definitely call them again.

  Chad and Taylor are the absolute best people to work with. I have never had a company/vendor work so hard for me to see that every i was dotted and t crossed. Prompt responses and excellent work ethic were very evident in all areas.

  We highly recommend this company. Brian Karmy was extremely helpful throughout the process. Our insurance was quite difficult to work with. We are grateful for Smitty's team that helped us through the process and was patient while we battled our insurance company. It was so helpful to have a trustworthy group that helped us from beginning to end.

  We had an excellent experience with them. Chad and Taylor went above and beyond, and were personally involved in every step of the process of our roof replacement. When other companies threw up their hands when we didn't get approved for financing through their in-house financing company, we thought we were going to have to pay for it entirely out of pocket. However, Smitty's worked with us to find a company who could help, and that's indicative of every interaction we had with them. We will be using them again in the future for any home services in the future.

  Chad from Smitty's came to my rescue when a less than acceptable company tried to take advantage of me, being a senior. Chad and his team came in repaired all of the shoddy work that was started and did the most amazing job on my roof. He made sure it fit into my remaining budget and did top quality work. I get complements on my new roof all the time and this company is absolutely amazing. Professional, prompt, kind and attentive to your concerns.

  Our experience from beginning to end was SO easy. Our insurance company started out wanting to pay basically nothing....and with the help of Smittys excellent personnel we were able to get right at the total of the original bid for roof replacement. This isn't to exclude the personal involvement on their part from the onset. They were always easy to get ahold of.....always answered a text call or email within minutes.....oversaw the crew and made sure cleanup was acceptable and gave the entire (what can be a stressful process) task a flawless and stress-free experience for us. They also performed every phase of the roofing job as they explained and were all very timely down to the exact day. They also treat you as your job is the only job they are dealing with and it makes you feel 100% confident!! I would recommend them to everyone I know.

  We were extremely pleased with the job Chad and Smitty's Roofing provided in working with our insurance company and repairing/replacing our damaged roof, along with the other storm damages we had. Chad, Taylor and Mike were all so very easy to work with. They all took the extra steps to make sure our work was done properly and that we were satisfied. If we have to go through storm and roof damages again, they will be our first call. Thank you all for the great service.
