These guys left a card on my door. NO SOLICITING!

  Reply from the business

We sincerely apologize that our visit caused frustration. We always strive to respect homeowners’ preferences, and if we mistakenly left a card despite a ‘No Soliciting’ sign, that was not our intention. Our company policy is to not knock those doors. We appreciate your feedback and will take extra care to ensure we’re honoring those requests in the future. My number is (817) 903-2033. Please reach out to me so I can know what area you are in so I know who to talk to at our company.

Scott and Amy replaced our roofs on our house, out buildings, and garage door after a terrible hail storm that swept through our area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Their knowledge, expertise, and customer service were top notch. They made the whole experience so easy. It’s never fun navigating insurance and trying to find good honest contractors that you can trust completely. I’ve referred Mason Roofing to multiple friends and family and they’ve all had the same GREAT experience we did. Thank you Mason Roofing for being so awesome! Y’all are the best!!

We finally decided it was time for a new roof. Amy and Scott took the time to research if our current shingles were the best option for our foam insulated house. The roofers were very conscientious about the flower beds which was a big worry about roof replacement in the middle of the blooming season. The follow-up the next day after we'd had time to look around was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend mason roofing.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Mason roofing, but even more importantly was the fact that we had full communication with the owners of Mason. We were able to leave town on a scheduled vacation and trust Scott and Amy one hundred percent for our roof replacement in Burleson Texas. Hire them!

I had an excellent experience with Mason Roofing after a major hailstorm damaged my roof. What started as a really stressful situation quickly became manageable thanks to their team. From the beginning, Amy and Scott were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. They walked me through the entire insurance claim process step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Once the project started, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Not only does my new roof look fantastic, but the texture painting they completed as well turned out beautifully. Amy and Scott truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I’m so grateful for their guidance and hard work. I highly recommend Mason Roofing to anyone dealing with roof issues—you’ll be in great hands!
