we had our leaking roof replaced by smith brothers corte madera roofing, and we are very happy with the results. our older home had a few hidden roofing issues, but the crew handled everything the right way and kept the project moving smoothly. the new roof still looks great, has stopped the leaks completely, and gives us much more peace of mind during rain and warm california weather. the pricing was fair, communication was clear from start to finish, and the job site was kept neat and clean each day. the roofers were polite, respectful, and easy to work with. the project was completed on schedule and stayed within budget. when a couple of unexpected issues came up, they explained the options clearly and worked with us to make sure the roofing work was done to our satisfaction without unnecessary extra cost.

I had Smith Brothers Corte Madera Roofing replace my old 3-tab shingle roof with a new architectural shingle roof on my home. John was quick to answer my questions before the project started, and the roofing crew was professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the installation. They explained the process clearly, kept the job site clean, and made sure everything was handled with care from tear-off to final cleanup. I am very pleased with the finished roof, and it really improved the look of the house. The workmanship was excellent, the price was fair, and the whole experience was smooth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality roofing work.

From beginning to end, Smith Brothers Corte Madera Roofing was great to work with for our roof replacement and repair. Braden came out for the estimate and clearly explained the roofing materials, the full scope of work, ventilation details, and the expected schedule in simple terms. The price was much better than the other roofing bids we received, and the value really stood out. The crew showed up right on time and got the roofing job started exactly as promised. They worked fast, stayed organized, and completed everything ahead of schedule. They also kept the property clean throughout the project, hauled away debris, and made sure the work area was safe at the end of each day. Communication was excellent, and every question I had was answered quickly and professionally. The whole process felt smooth, honest, and well managed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

i manage properties for a living, so i have worked with Smith Brothers Corte Madera Roofing three times for roofing needs and i highly recommend them. They have great communication, fair pricing, and good people handling the work from inspection to final cleanup. The first time, john came out to check an older large home with a roof leak. He was already nearby and stopped over, then showed me from the yard where there was a visible low spot in the roofing area. He explained what was going on in simple terms and even taught me a couple of useful things at no charge. right away, i could tell this was a trustworthy roofing company that cared about helping property managers make smart decisions. The second time, i called and left a message with the office, and i got a return call the next day. Within the week, i met braden, the estimator. He was professional, easy to work with, and sent the quote when he said he would. The roofing crew started a little later than expected, but it was never a problem for us. Scheduling changes can happen, and they still kept everything organized. The cleanup was excellent, the installation looked sharp, and the new roof really improved the look of the property. geoffrey and the crew did solid work and paid attention to the details. The third time, i reached out again and had the same smooth experience. The timeline was quick, the estimate was prepared and delivered on time, and the whole process felt reliable. I am just waiting for approval from my client, and based on my past experiences, I am confident the roofing job will be completed the right way with quality workmanship and dependable service.

I needed gutter repair and some replacement work on my home after storm damage, and it was hard to find a roofing company that would even come out and inspect it. A few contractors either did not follow through or gave quotes that seemed far too high. John came out personally, looked over the gutters and roofline, explained the scope of the repair in simple terms, and gave me a fair price that made sense. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and cleanup around the house were better than I expected. The crew was professional, easy to work with, and made the whole gutter and roofing repair process smooth from start to finish. I would strongly recommend calling for a quote if you need gutter, drainage, or roof-related work done. I do not usually leave reviews, but this experience really deserved 5 stars.

one of the best roofing contractors i have worked with. i serve as the hoa board president for our community and compared several roofers before moving forward with a full roof replacement for our townhome buildings. the estimate process was fast, clear, and very professional. you tell them what your property needs, and they provide a fair and honest price with good detail on materials, shingles, scheduling, and workmanship. we had 7 units across multiple residences that needed new roofing, and the whole project was finished in about two weeks. their crew was organized, skilled, and respectful throughout the job. each day they removed old shingles, kept the job site tidy, and did a careful cleanup so the property stayed safe and presentable for residents. the project managers were easy to reach by phone or text, and they handled every question quickly and smoothly. at the end, they walked the property with us, reviewed the completed roof work, and made sure we were satisfied with the final result. we also appreciated the strong workmanship warranty, which gave our board extra peace of mind. the new roofs look great, the process was efficient, and we would gladly use them again for future roofing needs.

Very professional roofing company. They re-roofed two of our homes and installed new gutters on one. From the first estimate to the roofing plan, scheduling, and final cleanup, Nolan was responsive, helpful, and stayed involved through the whole job. The crew led by John showed up on time for each project, was skilled, respectful, and did excellent roofing work. It was clear this was handled by their own in-house roofing team, not subcontractors, and that gave us a lot of confidence. The crew knew roofing, flashing, gutters, and job site safety very well, and their attention to detail showed at every stage. We compared three roofing contractors, and this one stood out for the clear proposal, professional communication, strong workmanship, and solid warranty coverage. The new roofs look great, and after heavy rain in Corte Madera, everything has performed perfectly with no leaks or issues. Their pricing was fair and right in the middle of the other bids, but the overall value, service, and finished result made it well worth it. Highly recommend for roofing and gutter work.

After a big storm left my roof in rough shape, Smith Brothers Corte Madera Roofing stepped in and made the whole roofing process much easier. nolan and his crew scheduled a full roof inspection, worked with my insurance company, and helped move the roof replacement forward without a lot of stress on my end. The job was not simple because the home was two stories and had solar panels that needed careful coordination, but they handled it with real skill. The roofing install moved along on schedule and was finished faster than i expected, while still paying close attention to flashing, cleanup, and overall workmanship. When some bad weather came through during the project and caused a small leak while part of the roof was open, braden came out, checked everything right away, and arranged the needed repairs quickly. They stood behind their work, fixed the issue properly, and made sure my home was protected again. I really appreciate how responsive, professional, and easy they were to work with, and i highly recommend them for roof replacement, roof repair, and solar-related roofing work.

Nolan and his crew did an amazing job on our home in Corte Madera. Our old gutter guards were holding dirt and debris, which was causing the gutters to wear out from the inside. Nolan replaced the damaged gutter sections, cleaned and restored the parts that could still be used, added new gutters where the roofline really needed better drainage, and installed new gutter guards all around the house. The whole exterior looks refreshed, and the gutter system works great now. He even surprised us with a custom painting, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall it was an outstanding roofing and gutter service experience, and we would gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

we had our roof done quite a while ago, and we were very happy with the work then and are still happy now. a couple of months back, we noticed leaking around the second-floor windows on one side of the house. since the home is older, we wanted a roofer to inspect everything carefully. john came out, looked over the roof line, flashing, and nearby problem areas, and gave us a clear estimate for the repair work. after a short wait, the issue was handled well and the results were solid. more recently, we found a leak in an upstairs bedroom and thought it might be a loose shingle or a small roofing problem. we called again, and john returned to inspect it. he found that the seal around the chimney flashing had come loose, and he fixed it right away. the whole process was smooth, professional, and easy to understand. they explained the repair in simple terms, showed real attention to detail, and made sure the roof was sealed up properly. it is hard to praise this roofing crew enough for their great customer care, fast response, and dependable repair work. we really appreciate having a roofing company we can trust for inspections, leak detection, chimney sealing, and ongoing roof maintenance.

We needed a reliable roofing company after storm damage affected our roof, and our insurance agent pointed us to Smith Brothers Corte Madera Roofing. We also had some exterior wood and fence work that needed repair and fresh stain, so it helped to have one team coordinate the full project, including the roof and gutters. They worked closely with our insurance company, kept the process organized, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. The job stayed on schedule, the crew was helpful and patient, and they took time to explain the roofing details, materials, and color choices in simple terms. They answered all our questions and made sure we understood each step before moving forward. It was clear they knew roof replacement, gutter work, and exterior repairs very well. The workmanship was solid, communication was consistent, and the whole experience was smooth. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.
