Hire them to sub-contract your project to people more incompetent than themselves, start a project with all the facts on the table, unable to pass the city inspection, abandon the project, leave your place with a mess and leaking ceiling. …

Roof Doctors disputes EVERYTHING posted by this reviewer. Roof Doctors NEVER abandoned this job. The City of Sausalito, after an inspection, required our job to be stopped in the area in question, because the city is now requiring that this reviewer is to structurally change his roof from a low-pitched roof to a tapered or pitched roof. This type of structural modification requires the work of a structural engineer and a General Contractor. As a result, the requirements demanded by the City of Sausalito is beyond the scope of work of a roofing contractor and is beyond the scope of work in the Contract signed by this Reviewer with Roof Doctors. This Reviewer is demanding that Roof Doctors perform this structural work at no-charge, and has posted this review, after Roof Doctors denied this Reviewer's demands. As of this date, Roof Doctors has not charged this Reviewer, and this Reviewer has not paid Roof Doctors any sum of money.

Great experience and highly recommend. They came out in short order after our initial call for an estimate. Alex the inspector was very friendly and knowledgeable, talked to us about a few solutions and options and then provided a detailed quote the same day.

The service person, Alex, was excellent. He was on time and very knowledgeable. I wish we could use them but unfortunately they do not replace the kind of roof we have on our home. I would definitely use him if we could.
