The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

We recently used Smart Pitch Roofing to replace our skylights on a very challenging roof. They were up to the challenge and completed the work promptly. They did a great job and I no longer have leaking skylights. Thanks to Shae & Chris for a job well done.

Very impressed with response time from initial phone call. Communication of what was needed was clear, easily understood and was carried out the same day. Will be sharing the positive experience with this company with many.

After being canceled on TWICE by another roofing company, I was told to give these guys a call. They came out right away and quoted me a fair price. They did a great job on the roof, no messing around, and I would definitely use their company again or recommend them to anyone else needing roofing done in the area.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Smart Pitch Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
