Months instead of weeks. Should have read reviews and BBB before I agreed to terms. Work is shotty and needs to be redone by someone else!!

They are full of lip service. Don't trust Mike. His employees don't know what they are doing and will cut corners without letting you know. Several sections of my roof were installed without underlay which I paid for and when confronted the foreman said I would have never know if I wasn't watching. A job that was supposed to last 3 weeks took almost 3 months and his employees were casing my house. A couple of months after the installation 2 electric bikes were stolen from my property and we were able to recover 1 of them from an employee of the company. Stay clear and thank me later.

please research and evaluate this company diligently..for your own protection...if you are a senior and have no intent to climb a ladder..??...have a professional roof inspector review the finished job at rain flows expense...i am building a 10,000 sq ft building and they butchered my roof...documented and undeniable...they promised to return and refund me the $15,000. plus cost..then no return calls...it has gone from bad to pathetically unprofessional..i am attaching a few select photo's...after being told one or two nails showing would be acceptable i told myself i could live with ten...the fact is there were over 250 nails showing..unbelievable...skylights not sealed to spec...vents not sealed to spec..an utter absolute gong show...5 months later..??...no refund...no return calls...try calling the owner..terry fleming...see if you get a call back..feel free to contact me..

Excellent service from the guys at Affordable Rain Flow. A couple of times, I needed to have my roof checked after we had heavy rains and wind. They were attentive to my concern and made the time to fit me in and check out my roof. When it comes time to replace my roof, I will definitely have them replace it.

My husband and I decided to take on a huge renovation project, our home!! Went to Vernon Home Show, met a very nice gentleman, Mike from Affordable Rain Flow. Mike was so personable, listen to every word I said. Little did we know it was a one shop deal!! Our home was built in 1990 by my husband and we wanted to do everything to the exterior. Mike came out to our home did some measurements and also an arial measurement, so cool never knew you could do that! After talking for a few days we came up with a plan. Next thing we had guys taking our roof off and replacing with a new roof, that even enclosed our front entrance of the roof line so we would not get rained on. They did all the soffits and gutters and then came the siding! But we first had to get our driveway done. I always wanted a White House. So once the driveway was done, now for our new LP Lap Siding in WHITE!! It was a lot of work for Mike"s crew members. Everyone was so friendly, professional, always checking in with us to make sure we were happy, so the communication was fantastic. We got to know everyone real good. We are so happy with the finished project as you can see by the pictures!! I joke and tell everyone I live at the Oyama Estate. I would highly recommend Affordable Rain Flow for everything. They did a fantastic job, already had a realtor asking if we want to sell, NO WAY! THANKS SO MUCH TO MIKE AND ALL OF HIS CREW THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! MAC & NADINE ELMER OYAMA BC

A job well done. Didn’t remove old shingles all at once, kept a clean work area. Cleaned up after the job was complete. Warranty delivered, Thanks to all. 👍👍 …
