  As far as the roof was concerned, they did a really good job and we’re timely but they were going to fix the house issues the porch issues. On those it took them 2 1/2 years to finally get it done right. I sat down with their operations person and we agreed on a punch list of things that had to be completed. And I kept getting phone calls that they wanted money with the punchlist half done. They continue to do delays and the work on my porch was absolutely horrendous and had to be tore out and redone. If you want them for roof work, they do a real good job, but as for the rest of it, I can’t give them any good marks whatsoever, even though the individual that kept coming out was trying, but then they would send someone else to do the work and they would do crap work To take that long to get the work done was absolutely atrocious. To not be able to complete an agreed upon list was unprofessional. So if you want your roof done by all means if we’re gonna do something else, I’d look for somebody else

  If there is less than one star I will definitely give them that because those guys are the worst when it comes to covering their warranty they very very very deceptive they want talk to you and even when you try to tell them what’s going on …

  I have had nothing but issues. I had to ask for the first invoice more than once. They left a mess...I messaged Kenny and they still did not pick everything up. I popped a tire on a nail they left. The final straw was giving my address without my permission to a stranger that showed up and walked around my property.

  Not real happy at this point , needed new roof sales rep gave me a list of all that needed to be done came to my house that day had me sign paperwork saying they got the job put signs in my yard than waited for forever it seemed to have someone come and do the job , when job was finished my tenant called and said only the singles were put on no gutters or downspouts and this was all in the paperwork the sales rep had written down .? When I called rep he told me the insurance company only allowed 6 foot of gutter replacement .. again ? I said you told me it all had to be replaced . He then said I can put on the six feet , well why didn't they do this in the first place ? The house is investment property so I live in a different town if you use this company I'd highly recommend watching the progress and dealing with a rep that backs his estimates, this project has been going on since 6/15/22 that's the day the paperwork was signed almost four months and we still aren't done .I called my insurance agent and told them to deal with it ...I'm done

  Darrell thank you for reaching out with your concerns. Unfortunately insurance doesn’t always agree with the suggested repairs we outline to them in the inspection. But we will do everything we can to document the storm damage and present it to your insurance company for that potential coverage. I apologize to you for the delays. The multiple storms throughout our region has created delays throughout our secondary trades.   This company was initially going to paint, side, and roof my house. The whole process fell apart from the start. I was told lies, I was told dates that were not meet. I was told they couldnt work because of the solar eclipse. I was told they were waiting for roofing materials to be delivered, as I'm looking at them in my driveway. Anthony was never around, I told them I wanted roofers off my roof at 7 because I had a newborn, they were still nailing at 10:30 at night in the dark. It was honestly my worst experience ever working with a contractor. I have told several people to stay away from them. The guys doing the roof did a great job, it's the management that is garbage. In the end I had them install the roof, paid them for that, and told them I was finding someone else for the rest. Absolutely the worst experience.

  Skyline Construction was a pleasure to deal with during the repair of major storm damage to my home which required a new root, windows, gutters and repainting the entire home. Their communication and resolution regarding any issues was very much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone.

  This was Roof repair, in Northern Wisconsin, where we have a summer home. A new metal roof was installed over our existing roof, but added insulation. They had a slow down because of weather, so the project took longer. Skyline did an amazing job, even with extra time spent, they honored the original bid,

  Kyle Smith and SkyLine construction went above and beyond for me I needed extra material that was not covered by insurance I could not afford they got with their suppliers and supplied me material and labor. We are very grateful for the customer service they worked with adjusters and took all pressure off me,they maximized my claim and saved us money.
