  Due to bad advice from this company I having to file a second homeowners claim to get my roof replaced. Which means two deductibles. Also slow with communication regarding the process. I’d look elsewhere for your contracting needs.

  Estimator came out spent an hour measuring and talking up his vast experience and told me he would have a bid within a day or two and never heard from him again. Shame is it was about a 20k job also and we are well insured, our agent was even shocked.

  We engaged C&S Roofing in June, 2024 to handle severe hail damage to our house. It’s now a year and a half later and we’ve finally settled our insurance claim. Craig Hill of C&S had been recommended by friends. Immediately after the damage I called Craig and he became our advocate and spokesman in dealing with the insurance company. There is no doubt that without C&S, specifically Craig, we would never have been able to get the fair and equitable settlement that we did. From day one Craig provided the knowledge and expertise to guide us through a claims process that was riddled with unanswered phone calls, delays, multiple adjusters (7 at latest count) and adjusters who had no knowledge of what was going on. Craig submitted a supplemental claim which after months of haggling with the insurance company was finally approved. The crews Craig employed to roof, side, gutter and replace windows did exemplary work. To a person these crews were very personable, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. If you are looking for someone to take care of your home, Craig with C&S is your man.

  Justin was very attentive, helpful, communicative, and understanding. He explained everything, worked with my insurance, gave a great price estimate, and followed through by staying in those parameters that we agreed upon. There was no pressure and time for me to make all my decisions. C and S provided me not only with samples, but other addresses so I could be confident in choosing color, style... etc. C and S provided great quality work, products and always went out of their way to make sure I had quality roof, gutters, and siding, and confidence in everything under all of it in a timely fashion. I adore the look of my house, and will always highly recommend C and S Roofing to my family and friends!!!

  I would definitely recommend C&S Roofing Inc for all your roofing needs. Justin walked us through the process from picking out the right shingles to making sure we had all the right paperwork to submit to our insurance carrier so we would get a discount on our home owners insurance premium. The installation went smooth and was completed timely. We were extremely pleased with C&S Roofing and would use them again if needed.

  No one really likes dealing with storm damage and replacing a roof is probably one of the most nerve-racking processes out there. In our case, the insurance company denied our claim for the roof, but Justin at C&S spent his time fighting for our claim and got them to reevaluate the damage. Now with a new roof, gutters, and trim, my house looks great. Justin and C&S came through for us when we needed it. Can't recommend them enough.

  Craig and his team were fantastic to work with on our recent roof replacement. From the very beginning, Craig was incredibly helpful and communicative, making sure we understood every step of the process. His team even went above and beyond by meeting with our insurance adjuster to ensure everything was covered. We were particularly impressed with Craig's commitment to going the extra mile. He personally made sure that our gazebo was covered after the adjuster said it wasnt. Throughout the entire project, communication was excellent. Craig kept us updated and made sure we were informed and comfortable with how things were progressing. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work done by Craig and his team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident from start to finish. We highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

  July of 2024 a violent wind storm lifted part of my roof and slammed it down on the other side of the house. I already had a hail claim and when I called Craig Hill from C&S roofing he came out that night with his guys and climbed up on the roof and secured a tarp to stop the rain from coming in. I was amazed that anyone would come out that late to help me. I was already impressed, but then he showed up the next day and helped me through the insurance process. The rain had damaged three floors of my home. This was not going to be an easy house to restore. Log cabin with Colorado Pine stained walls and ceilings. All three floors of my house damaged by wind and water, walls, ceilings, carpet, hardwood floors. It was daunting. Craig and C&S roofing contacted everyone. They recommended Bolte Construction and Bill Bolte himself came out and they were amazing. They matched all the stain perfectly, handled all the water damage. Windows had to be replaced. Pella did a great job, very professional and accommodating. Everything went so smoothly. I can't say enough good things about all of these companies

  Just had C & S roofing come to my house to check for damage, they didn’t see hail damage but found an area that was causing a leak. Mark and Jenny made a special effort to fix the roof before the storm this weekend. I really appreciate the extra effort. I will definitely be calling them for any roofing needs in the future.
